Eric (PhreeZone) is not that far from you. You may wish to PM him for advice on getting it done locally in Ohio. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Don't confuse patriotism with politics. I think they were very patriotic in supporting you. If we learned nothing from Viet Nam; we learned to support our fellow countrymen who serve their country regardless of politics and agendas. The US Military does their job no matter which party holds office and are willing to place themselves in harm's way no matter if they agree, disagree or even understand their orders. To support those men and women is no less than patriotic. I like Wendy's idea... A nice cool evening barbeque and simple get together where they can thank you for your service and you can thank them for their support. Just being close with family and friends will create a memory of that night for life and that is the greatest gift you can give. Not famous; just priviledged. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Ok, now THAT's pretty cool. Add several Golden Knights to my list & Dana Bowman... Man, now I got myself rummaging thru the books of memories. And since I'm responding to THE demo man hisself... my 13th "skydive" was a demo into Northeastern State University Stadium in Tahlequah Oklahoma (back in the day) on a Paracommander from 4K. Yes, there is a story behind that - but it requires Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Now that is an awesome story. As a former member of WWIIADT, I can tell you that I can relate. Just being around those men leaves an electrical charge in the air. I was in Cleveland not long ago and came across a WWII 101st Airborne Reunion. I just walked in and started speaking to one of the men and flipped my coin. He knew what it was cause he started three generations of "Airborne." I was immediately asked to attend and treated as just another member of the Brotherhood. The static display was nothing short of historical museum quality... Anyway, I ramble because your story could just about end the thread. Quite a couple of signatures to be proud of and cherished. There's times that I'm around that generation and think - we as a nation should be ashamed of ourselves. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Ask around the most experienced skydivers at Cross Keys to find out who they consider the fastest flattest big-way tracker. Then, ask that person to help you with body position on a creeper or on the ground. Offer to pay for a jump to observe your technique. Ask for a debrief. Rinse, Repeat. Buy beer. There's different PM disciplines... IT PM, Construction PM, Event PMs, etc. what discipline? Then, there's PM's by "title" and PMs by "certification" or education (one can get a Master's in PM). Then there's standards-based certifications and competency-based certifications. Some positions require certification, some education +certification. If you really need a PM, one of your best sources would be the Project Management Institute that has a classifieds section.
