You know I was screwin with ya. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

It may be that I need an example of what your communicating; but, in checking the normal resources like, 1) Holt Handbook, AP Style and Chicago Manual of... Could not find a case where the period goes outside the quote. Even when its quotes within quotes. http://www.dailywritingtips.com/period-goes-inside-quotation-marks/ http://www.grammarbook.com/punctuation/quotes.asp http://go.hrw.com/hhb/ (which I have to keep nearby when grading college papers.) Having said all this; I'm not so much the grammar police as long as it doesn't interfere with the message. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
-
I would have put the period inside the quote. I wouldn't. And, I understand why you and the Attorney do not place them inside. Across the pond, you use the King's/Queen's English and grammar. The Attorney obviously didn't take any English grammar classes prior to law school, so he defaults to the rule of grammar in written English law. Now, if you'll both look - I didn't say it was wrong; I said, "I would have..." Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

A Marine CANNOT have this kind of shit on his mind when facing the possibility of recurring deployments. He must have clarity of focus and thought. If not; he will get himself or others killed with this kind of mental anguish. He knows what he needs to do. Marine up and get it done. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

This is still a STATE issue. It has nothing to do with the Federal government and "Obamacare." FROM THE ARTICLE Before the Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid expansion, there weren’t that many people in Medicaid who had much in the way of assets for seizing. But now that Medicaid enrollment requirements have been relaxed, more people with assets but low income are joining the program or being forced into it. For instance, a couple in their 50s who, say, retired early after losing jobs in the bad economy may have assets but show a very low income. Under Obamacare, if their income is low enough to qualify for Medicaid, they must enroll in Medicaid unless they want to buy totally unsubsidized coverage in the now-inflated individual market. >>>>>>>He wanted no part of the government's so-called free health care. "It's supposed to be a safety net program. It's not supposed to be for someone who has assets who can pay the bill," he said. ^This. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Why does anyone listen to a self-proclaimed polemic. It's just going to be noise for noise sake. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

You sir, are a fucking pup to a lot of skydivers on here. There are Tandem Instructors in their 50's - 70's. And your height/weight ratio is better then a lot of 30-somethings. You have a perfect body type for this sport. This sport is ALL about positive mental attitude. You gonna keep bitchin about being old; then go be old somewhere else because you can still have 20+ awesome years in this sport. Go find you a helmet. That is all.

As promised, I've been doing some homework on this - which included speaking with a constitutional attorney whose been to the US Supreme Court three times and "Won" (you know what I mean)... Anyway, there is the provision for treating different people differently. And, a majority of the States are still apposed to same-sex marriage. The point in which I was making is the part on majority. A majority of this State and others are still opposed to it. In Oklahoma, the reason it was overturned (for now) was because the law was written improperly. He said that you have a point regarding the 10th & the 14th amendments, but that he did not agree in its entirety. He also said that if attorneys agreed and laws were more common sense; there would be less attorneys and less reason to have courts. I'm no scholar on the matter and for me personally; same sex makes me no never mind. I care less about people's sexual proclivities than I do about the number of ants on planet earth. For the most part and for me, I think its a matter of "Reactance Theory" It's kind of like a tennis match. The harder you hit the ball to the opponent' the further they will move back from the net (Metaphor for understanding). Of course, I also believe there's a reason man only lives about 74 years... it's so the next generation can move things along. Alright, that was funny.

There is NOTHING wrong with that. Stay within your budget and you'll have more fun. I have a theory about the 7 year tourist in the sport. I think many f them run up too much on credit cards and at 7 years have to back off skydiving completely to catch back up and then the fervor wanes as that's their last memory of the sport. The expensive addiction. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Such is and should be the true nature of war. There should not be ambiguous rules of engagement. If confuses the warriors. Don't pull the military trigger unless you're willing to annihilate and make the enemy bend on surrendered knee when its over. No, the Muslims are taking care of that. One of the reasons for Muslim bashing and the increasing level of Muslim bigotry is a response to the violence of Muslims worldwide. Bet your parents didn't call Hitler or his army those poor misguided Germans. They were Nazis and lived under the cloud of judgement and bigotry for another 30-40 years. Same for the Japanese who were called nips. What overcame a lot of German and Japanese bigotry was atonement. By both sides. The atonement process was started by the Germans and Japanese. That process has yet to begin. I thought maybe Americans had learned their lesson locking up innocent Japanese in the US for actions by Japan. Guess not. We did. That was EVERY Japanese -American. You didn't see every Muslim-American get placed in an internment camp; did you? As long as the subject is bigotry... How long have you been hating us Americans as a group and why? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
