The Executive Order makes no mention of Islam, or any other religion. It only affects those seven countries that are leading terrorist nations. There are approximately 40 other "Muslim" countries that were not part of the ban. The indefinite hold on Syrian refugees will affect both Christians and Muslims. It is a 90 day ban and has no effect on green card holders. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Hi Jerry, I'm behind schedule - got some catching up to do. Two men were out fishing when one decides to have a smoke He asks the other guy if he has a lighter He replies “Yes I do!” and hands the other a 10 inch long BIC lighter Surprised the guy asks “Where did you get this?” The guy replies “Oh I have a personal genie.” The first man asks “Can I make a wish? ” Sure says the other man “Just make sure that you speak clearly cause he is a little hard at hearing” “Ok I will” says the other as he rubs the lamp a genie appears and asks the man what he wants The man says ” I want a Million Bucks ” The genie says OK and goes back to his bottle and 10 seconds later a million ducks fly over head And the guy says to the other ” Your genie really sucks at hearing doesn't he?” The other man replies “I know, do you really think I asked for a 10 inch BIC” ----------------------------------------------- A trucker who has been out on the road for two months stops at a brothel outside Atlanta. He walks straight up to the Madam, drops down $500 and says, “I want your ugliest woman and a grilled cheese sandwich!” The Madam is astonished. “But sir, for that kind of money you could have one of my prettiest ladies and a three-course meal.” The trucker replies, “Listen darlin’, I’m not horny – I’m just homesick.” ----------------------------------------------- Husband: “I don’t know why you wear a bra, you’ve got nothing to put in it.” Wife: “You wear briefs, don’t you?” ------------------------------------------------ Little BILLY was sitting on a park bench munching on one candy bar after another. After the 6th one, a man on the bench across from him said, “Son, you know eating all that candy isn’t good for you. It will give you acne, rot your teeth, and make you fat.” Little BILLY replied, “My grandfather lived to be 107 years old.” “Oh?” replied the man. ” Did your grandfather eat 6 candy bars at a time?” “No” replied Little Billy, “He minded his own fucking business!!” ------------------------------------------------ My last girlfriend had a tattoo of a chameleon. Well that’s what she said, but I could never see it. ------------------------------------------------ A little old lady goes to the doctor and says, “Doctor I have this problem with gas, but it really doesn’t bother me too much. My farts never smell and are always silent. As a matter of fact, I’ve farted at least 20 times since I’ve been here in your office. You didn’t know I was farting because they don’t smell and are silent.” The doctor says, “I see, take these pills and come back to see me next week.” The next week the lady comes back. “Doctor,” she says, “I don’t know what you gave me, but now my farts…although still silent…stink terribly.” The doctor says, “Good! Now that we’ve cleared up your sinuses, let’s work on your hearing.” Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Before you take issue with Lee Greenwood... You might want to look up his age at the time of deferment, the year in which he applied and why he applied. He had better reasons than Bush or Clinton (both of whom were 1-A & one was "serving"). And know, Selective Service did not give those particular deferments out without good reason. He wrote God Bless the USA back in the 70's as a tribute to those coming home from Vietnam. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Written by Publius (Hamilton, Madison & Jay). Many think it was consistent with Hamilton's writings and as such have named him author. "Sparsely populated regions" have a lesser weight in choosing the President. You may find this interesting. Well, she didn't have an answer either, so it kinda looks like you are. Fuck you. If it wasn't for when America was great; you're little island wouldn't exist. ETA: My own Grandfather was a member of the USA Costal Artillery Corps (CAC) and sat on the hills of your island in its defense during WWII. When America was great, you foreign fucks talked to us more pleasantly because you weren't sure when you might need us again. Fuck the English & the Canucks for not knowing enough about your own history to be thanking us, rather than throwing rocks at our way of life and being insulting. Yeah, I'm gonna get banned, but at least I have the balls to not hide my PAs behind stupid rhetoric. Best to make the ban till next year sometime. I hear this used a lot, but what does that mean? When was the country great and what are the measurement criteria? Great impersonation of Jeff Daniels playing Will McAvoy. Nice try on the set up, but I'm not the sorority girl. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

And, you would be correct. Don't consider it a knock at all. I taught Managerial Science in Grad school. The first three (Courage, Candor, Commitment) became very important to me because during the Trait Phase of Leadership studies around 1900 and all the studies I had to read... there were literally hundreds of combinations of traits and characteristics qualitatively measured. The Trait Phase had made no progress by the time the Human Relations Theory of Management became the golden child after the Hawthorne Studies. With the exception of Courage, Candor and Commitment. All academia did agree on those three traits. I was a fan of Bill Clinton. Not a voter; but none the less a fan. I remember the day he was on live television and was asked the question, "Did you have sexual relations with that girl?" I was mentally shouting at the television... Tell them - "For the record. My personal life is none of your business." In that one moment, he could have summed up both courage and candor. So again, for those three; you are correct. With regard to Collaboration, Communication and Accessibility. Well, those are my own when I thought about the question. I would like a President who can collaborate with both sides of the aisle to make this country great again. Where one's label of Democrat or Republican does not mean that one has to believe in all the divisive issues to be a part of that party. S/he must be able to communicate - both verbally and non-verbally. Speak from the not heart; not what some speechwriter wrote and gets regurgitated over a teleprompter... For me, it's OK to make the occasional blunder of gaffe. Shows me you're human. And, when you apologize - you're not persecuted by the media, The ones who should have access are not the lobbyists. But, the people. Everyone keeps promising town hall meetings, but then they forget taht promise instead of demanding to their staff that once a month - we will be in another city - listening to the people. That's what I'm looking for. Some part of me thinks that's what we are all looking for. Perhaps Bartlett is our man. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Courage Candor Commitment Collaborative Communicative - the ability to talk with people and not at them. Accessible One who can make this country great again for altruistic reasons by having a sincere desire to hold the office in humility of the people, by the people and for the people. The shocking truth about the last two Republican secretaries of state has finally come out: Colin Powell and aides to Condoleezza Rice trafficked in classified information on their personal email accounts. This is an enormous scandal! Oh, wait. No, it’s not. http://www.newsweek.com/2016/02/19/colin-powell-emails-hillary-clinton-424187.html Please read this from the "liberal" Washington Post. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/09/02/12-things-i-learned-from-the-fbi-report-on-hillary-clintons-private-email-server/ And, given the final decision not to prosecute - the matter is moot and I'm only left with my opinion. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

So, let me get this straight . . . You believe, Hillary Clinton, set up a personal server (which is untrue it was set up at the request of Bill after leaving office and she simply used it) with the intention of giving classified documents to foreign agents? Because that's what it appears to be you're saying. To answer you directly and to take away any sense of "appearance." Specifically, here is what I'm saying. THE lowest level person at the State Department KNOWS that you keep your work product on your work server and your personal emails on your personal server and do not commingle the two. THE lowest level person at the State Department KNOWS that you do not delete any work product emails off your work server. The same is true for most government agencies including the VA (Along with the classification and distribution of emails). The HIGHEST person at the State Department deleted some ~30,000 emails off a personal server that contained work product - And then plays the "I don't know" card. The LOWEST person at the State Department would have been indicted. The HIGHEST person gets a pass. Even when Petraeus committed his crime he had the balls to admit his guilt, take his punishment, lose his position, tarnish a long history of military service and lose the respect of his superiors, peers and subordinates... Had more integrity in the end than the "I didn't know, Queen." Hope this sets the record straight on what I'm saying. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

It has indeed. It stated clearly that the right is NOT unlimited and that restrictions on who can exercise it, and where, are permissible. See DC vs. Heller www.scotusblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/07-290.pdf. No argument. Interesting tidbit... Even the NRA supports certain restrictions against the mentally ill and criminals. True. We cannot deny access, but with rights comes responsibility. I don't believe responsibility can be legislated; however do believe it can be educated. I think the weapons classes for CCW should be longer and more in-depth. Some will disagree; but I understand. Some would disagree that all Americans have the right to own weapons. Others disagree. The Supreme Court has ruled on the matter. So, it matters not how people "feel." Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -

Mistakes were made. Sure. Was any of it intentional? I would argue that she instructed someone to install a personal server. Once she began doing work product on that personal computer; she had knowledge. All government agencies within the cabinet must place the classification in the "Subject" line or at the top part of the email along with the allowable distribution path. I hear what Mark and you are saying. I understand; but do not agree. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

You're correct. However, government agencies are held to a similar if not; higher standard. 18 U.S. Code § 798 — disclosure of classified information could apply to someone who “knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person” classified information. Someone guilty of this crime “shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both,” under the law. 18 USC 793 — gathering, transmitting or losing defense information also carries a penalty of an unspecified fine or imprisonment of up to 10 years, or both. 18 U.S. Code § 2071 — concealment, removal or mutilation generally of classified information. Under this statute, a guilty person “shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.” The "Attorney" didn't know? Same Executive Order. (d) All original classification authorities must receive training in proper classification (including the avoidance of over-classification) and declassification as provided in this order and its implementing directives at least once a calendar year. Such training must include instruction on the proper safeguarding of classified information and on the sanctions in section 5.5 of this order that may be brought against an individual who fails to classify information properly or protect classified information from unauthorized disclosure. Original classification authorities who do not receive such mandatory training at least once within a calendar year shall have their classification authority suspended by the agency head or the senior agency official designated under section 5.4(d) of this order until such training has taken place. A waiver may be granted by the agency head, the deputy agency head, or the senior agency official if an individual is unable to receive such training due to unavoidable circumstances. Whenever a waiver is granted, the individual shall receive such training as soon as practicable. Quite Frankly, for me, this is not an R or D issue. It is a matter of public/military trust. I felt the same way about Petraeus AND thought he got a slap on the wrist given HIS position at the time. What's that old line? "Ignorance of the law is no excuse."
