  1. We are all very sorry for yours and Sheralynn's family's loss. Blue Skies. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  2. So, there's a chance that some of it is not. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  3. The entire political/ideaological landscape of the Middle East is based on who made the best promise - last. And, will change again with the next bigger new promise. That's it. Nothing more. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  4. What part of this did you miss? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  5. Adjective "of biblical proportions" Of or pertaining to a natural disaster or other cataclysmic event so immense that it brings to mind biblical accounts of horrific catastrophes. The tsunami wrought destruction of biblical proportions. (figuratively) By extension, of or pertaining to a thing or occurrence having vast size, extent, or consequences. With a cast of thousands and a special effects budget in excess of ten million dollars, it portends to be a film of biblical proportions. That's all.. nothing more. Common phrase in the south. 6. Just so folks don't think she was overly stating her knowledge of science... http://nytlive.nytimes.com/womenintheworld/2016/08/16/astrophysicist-katie-mack-lays-the-smackdown-on-mansplainer-with-droll-twitter-burn/ Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  7. After 20 years in the Army, I can identify a deuce and a half and a 5 ton. The general conversation of the thread was regarding MRAPs. I was giving you a hard time in jest. Lighten up or I'll propose a surplus farm equipment to cops program and use your article in the proposal. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  8. LMAO IRONY: Tractor doing the MWRAP job in the pic. Just had to poke atchya on that one. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  9. You can suspect all you want, but without proof; you'd be tarnishing someone's reputation. He may be a great rigger and just an asshole. I know two or three of those, but would go to them before the friendly, smiley, newly-minted Rigger. This means nothing. We don't know the circumstances. It could have been one person teaching a newbie some techniques for slowing the opening, just getting some more practice, etc. This means nothing. There are both great USPA DZ's and great Non-USPA DZ's and vice versa. And, at the Non-USPA DZ's - the Instructors are usually USPA members and have their certifications/ratings through the USPA. I know of one small non-USPA DZ that hasn't had a fatality in 20 years. My turn: Do you have enough life insurance to care for those four kids through college before engaging in a "high-Risk" activity (as defined by the insurance companies) and are you sure there's not an exclusion for such on yours? That should be your first concern - not all the other stuff you listed. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  10. What if the crook comes through the window? The redhead has a weapon on her side also. Poor bastard that wakes her up.

You're all three correct. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  12. [paraphrase] I didn't lose; I won for the American people!! My campaign brought to light some important issues that now have to be addressed by the politico's in Washington. That's the art of being a great negotiator - to win even when people think you lost. We won.. All of America won because I ran. [/paraphrase] How'd I do? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  13. Is the Pro Level Skydiver also a doctor whose taken several tests of your back before giving you the "thumbs up?" Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

  15. Well... Except Trump changed from Democrat to Republican after becoming "enlightened." Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  16. Independent by philosophy and self-labeling; Democrat to get in the primaries. Agree - Not exactly a party stalwart. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  17. While his website, etc. list him as Independent... He gave his Statement of Candidacy as a Democrat last year. http://docquery.fec.gov/pdf/533/15031422533/15031422533.pdf Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  18. Yeah... he is a pretty smart guy. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  19. He changed from Independent to Democrat last year. Now, if you mean philosophically; I get that. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  20. Agree about those mirrors, so I don't get too angry with those that realize and take corrective action usually give the apology wave. But, there's those that will flip me off. There is a set of mirrors for Harleys that have the blind spot mirrors built in http://www.shoputahharley.com/mobile/product.aspx?ProductCode=92190%2D06&gclid=CJXLjeGvh84CFZGGaQod9M4Knw&Click=2625&utm_source=googleshopping&utm_medium=shoppingengine&gdfms=A1F8191FD98D498B810003CBF0799020&gdffi=375691a026b2408b923a0c9b4cb10ca3 Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  21. Being a Harley Road Glide rider... I am in constant "observation mode." I'd have to agree with your jerk list, although I would add SUV's and rice rockets (not older rice rocket riders, but those who've been riding them less than three years). Pet Peeves: Cutting in front of me and slamming on your brakes to make the next turn (usually without turn signals). Drifting into my lane while you're on the cell not paying attention to the road. SUV drivers who are not aware of their blind spots and changing lanes in front of me, so I have to take evasive action, Drivers who literally turn around inside their vehicle to either deal with the kids or to retrieve something from the back seat garbage pile. The two lane into one scenario - either from construction or an accident up ahead. Everyone else gets in line; but you're special and "Cut in" closer to the front of the line. /rant Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  22. You're correct. Ala ways best to get the s/news and call the manufacturer directly. My bad Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  23. See posts 58 & 59. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  24. OK... if you're going to argue logically; we'll just drop it.
  25. ^ These were my exact same thoughts. MLW too long. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
