http://jumpoutofaplane.com/images/DivePool_Blocks_and_Randoms.pdf I haven't attended a Nationals since 1983, so bear with me for a second. But I have a memory of the book we used. When you look at the hyperlink to the .pdf file Where ever there is a (2) - those look like they haven't changed since the 80's Somebody feel free to double-check me. Gotta be honest with you, Dude... Look at bullet item #5. Not voting is more culturally acceptable than the you voted for who?!?!? What the fuck did you throw your vote away for??!??! Don't you remember the Ross Perot Election?!?!?!? Go get ya some tea. I got this. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I really wish you would quit saying this. You're either stubborn or don't know how the American election system works. There are five options when you walk up to the ballot machine: You vote for DJT You vote for HRC You vote against DJT You vote against HRC You don't vote - which means you have NO say in the outcome and can't bitch about it. It is one of the reasons that the US has such a piss-poor voter turnout. People are fed up with status quo politicians. It goes back to long before "Mr Smith goes to Washington." The elites from both sides have been a long-standing trail of Harvardites and Yalies with law degrees and a resume of political posturing to move up. For years, people have been saying they wanted a Washington outsider. Somebody who would treat the government in the same manner that a business must operate. In 2016, that happened. And, one of the reasons I didn't vote Democrat was because they put up the WRONG person - for 20 years I've watched the political maneuvering she and her team has done to line her up for the white house AND because then and to this day - I don't think she's going to avoid criminal charges. She has manipulated the system for 20 years. She sucked as a Senator & Secretary of State and I still hate her to her core for the Benghazi situation. There was also a greater outpouring to vote for Trump because the country had heard enough about "to be one of the ones to vote for the first black president" (never mind that he was half white) and didn't want to follow his perceived failings with "voting for the first woman president" who would ride the coat strings of those perceived Obama failings. Did I think DJT would make a great President? Fuck no. I knew there was going to be a learning curve and that he wasn't going to be able to Executive Order OR Presidential Directive his way into every campaign promise made. That is the greatness of our country - checks and balances. But, he was different than the status quo. Had there been a democrat with business experience that was not a Yalie or Harvardite with a law degree and string of political positioning - I believe the Democrats would have fared much better. HRC as the only candidate hurt the Democratic party in this election. I hope the Democratic party learns from it. Watch what was successful and then put up their own Bill Gates against DJT in 2020. Course, what do I know... Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

My only excuse for not having done it sooner was the primaries. I may need to re-think that at this point. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I believe this to be accurate about you. I've taken similar tests showing me to be about ten percent right of center. Perhaps it was my growing up in a different time where we had family members in the Democratic Party (including Mom for a long time) and my not getting involved in politics much until I joined the military, was in for a month when Nixon resigned (and, now my butt's seriously on the line), taking the PoliSci 101 class in college that fall, then getting shipped to Germany and standing toe-to-toe with the Baader-Meinhof gang and the Red Army faction that pulled me to the right. There are things that I respect about both parties and things I disagree with about both parties. Within my own party; I sometimes get very annoyed at the lack of tolerance. I also grew up in a time when gays were "F****ts" and to be hated. My position has always been based on philosophy and science. Philosophically, if we believe in the pursuit of happiness and choice; then who are we to deny that. Scientifically, if one comes back with any kind of gay marker; then it's not their choice to be gay. In either case; I'm accepting of what you are or want to be. My party doesn't believe that. My main issue with the left is abortion. If we define death as the heart stopping (or absence of brain activity) Conversely, we should believe that life starts with the same. How does the left so vehemently petition against the death penalty; but support abortion at such a late trimester. Philosophically, I disagree with the death penalty because as you've heard me say, "A permanent solution demands a perfect process and we don't have that." In the end, I believe there are more moderates than middle to extreme rights and lefts. There are two variables to consider. One is - the extremes get the publicity. The second is; Moderates can have certain philosophical or scientific markers that they are more adamant about than all the rest of their party's list of requirements to be a card carrying member. If both parties have ten items on their Ben Franklin list and you pulse more on two or three of them; then you're a moderate with party leanings. I would venture to say there's more people identifying with a particular party not because they've researched ALL the issues on the party platform - But, because their family or friends identify with certain issues. Wow. And, my having a ten year old back there means that we haven't got together in that long. I do miss our discussions around the bonfire. You always gave me great pause - scientifically. It's a prelude to his NAFTA renegotiate promise. Just saber rattling. I the end, Congress would need to be involved. Yes, I know about the Tariff Act; but that would not allow him to re-structure the whole agreement. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

If you're talking about Stein and Johnson - you're right. I chose Trump over them. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Probably because I spent 20 years in the Army and the parade bullshit hit a nerve with me. The article was well-written by a colleague and expressed my exact point. The Twitter bullshit has aggravated me since before the election. My side of the aisle's defense? Many presidents have used a new medium to communicate to the public. To that I agree; bit not in the words he chooses. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

True. I would have voted for Kermit the Frog if he was on the ballot in the knowledge that, 1) it would oppose HRC, and 2) knowing there are checks and balances in the government and "if" (or when) Trump got too big for his britches; the courts, congress and senate would coral any grandiosity (as has been done). I still think HRC will end up facing a grand jury. I did want Obamacare to work - in the beginning before it took effect - I did state on here that I wish he'd fix the VA system first and then use that as a model for his healthcare plan. Anyway, I digress. I live in comfort knowing that I'm a centrist with right leanings. I don't want to be shoved so hard and too far right that I become unwilling to listen. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I understand. Thank you. I've been thinking about this for awhile; hence my posts regarding my aversion to fb. The way we communicate with each other has changed. All communication is comprised of: Breadth, Depth and Application. We seem to communicate the breadth and leave out the depth and application. I thank you for enlightening me and by extension many others of my tribe about Climate Change and Global Warming. The time you took to share, explain, provide resources led to a single day that I can remember with such clarity. The point of this is this: We can't be so heels dug in and un-receptive to communicate that we tune out the other sides completely. We've lost a lot of good contributors on here (from both sides) and I find that a shame. Keith Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I'm going to have to disagree, Bill. Go back to when Obama was up for election... Search Criteria: FROM Speakers Corner" and, STRING = "Obama" Where "BIGUN" is poster. And, yes: I am offended that this has become personal attackville on both sides. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Yes. Without calling anyone; stupid, liar, or attacking their belief system, or even their ideology. We used to do it. I will have to apologize, but I have a hard time trying to have a reasonable debate with somebody who supports a guy who: * Advocates assaulting women. * On average lies or tells a mistruth multiple times a day. * Attacks a gold star family. * Attacks Mexican Immigrants. * Makes fun of a disabled person. * Hires foreign agents after being told they are. * Advocates for the jailing of his political opponent. * Has public outbursts about the size of his button. * Calls his opponents names. * refuses to read his national intelligence briefing, but allows those without clearance to read it instead. * Calls his opponents Traitors. * Actively undermines a free press. * Supports white supremacists. * Is a racist. All those things get glossed over and there is no serious debate about that. But we should have serious debate about a grand military parade..... I get it. It became personal for you about me. You would be incorrect about my continued support. But, that's OK - our dialogue has been deteriorating for sometime. I do find it interesting that when we were discussing Obama back in 2008; I never stooped to calling you or anyone else on here, stupid, liar or attacking them personally. In fact, I presented the case here online as to why the birther issue was inaccurate. I wish you well. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Get a Metrinch set http://www.metrinch.tv/index.php/combination-sets/metrinch/62-piece-combination-wrench-and-socket-set.html Friggin Harley Davidson - sourced from several different countries now, so instead of having my fork tool bag with a handful of SAE that could do a frame off restoration by the side of the road - now requires the super-extended warranty and tow package. EDIT: And when they went to electronic ignition, throttles, fuel injection and ECM's - I was doomed. Or. blessed to not have to work on them anymore. If your reason is to, "to see if there is another reason for this vitriol." This poll only surveys one possible aspect - Russia's interference with voting. That "may" be the cause for his becoming President, but does not measure those reasons for the vitriol once in office. You may have better results on the dislike for the President (now that he's in office} by expanding your survey results to something like: Please select the ONE you most agree with (feel free to expand or not). I believe the President is NOT doing a good job with women's rights. I believe the President is NOT doing a good job with race relations. I believe the President is NOT doing a good job with the Budgetary process. I believe the President is NOT doing a good job with DACA. I believe the President is NOT doing a good job protecting America. I believe the President is NOT doing a good job with International Relations. Therefore, the entire military is a promotional organization for their respective President or for the country? I don't believe its the latter; otherwise, it would have been held on and for July 4th, September 11th, Veterans Day, etc. But, I think we're both right. It's a dog and pony show.
