The last two shots would have had to been made in less than 3 seconds. For the benefit of the Warren Commission, expert riflemen from the US Army and the FBI attempted to duplicate the assassin’s task, using the rifle that had been discovered on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository. Even after fixing some of the gun’s mechanical problems, and despite firing at stationary targets from an easier vantage point, they failed to achieve the combination of accuracy and speed demanded of the lone gunman: two hits out of three, within about six seconds (see Warren Commission Hearings, vol.3, p.446 and pp.403–10). During his tests, Oswald had used “presumably a good to excellent rifle” (Warren Commission Hearings, vol.11, p.304). The Mannlicher Carcano rifle that was discovered on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository, however, was a “cheap old weapon” (Warren Commission Hearings, vol.4, p.29). It was examined by the FBI’s firearms specialist, who stated that: Every time we changed the adjusting screws to move the crosshairs in the telescopic sight in one direction it also affected the movement of the impact or the point of impact in the other direction. … We fired several shots and found that the shots were not all landing in the same place, but were gradually moving away from the point of impact.(Warren Commission Hearings, vol.3, p.405) Ronald Simmons of the US Army also examined the rifle, and found problems with the bolt and the trigger mechanism: There were several comments made — particularly with respect to the amount of effort required to open the bolt. … There was also comment made about the trigger pull … in the first stage the trigger is relatively free, and it suddenly required a greater pull to actually fire the weapon. … The pressure to open the bolt was so great that that we tended to move the rifle off the target.(Warren Commission Hearings, vol.3, pp.449–51) Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I did look at your embedded videos. I have a hard time believing that he could make those two rounds in a fraction of the time at a moving target, from that distance, with that rifle, with his lack of skill when two well-reknowned snipers say they couldn't make it. BillVon could be right and he was just that lucky once... Hopefully, the full report will be released in our lifetime and clear it up. I don't want to re-hash 50 years of conspiracy stuff. The facts will come out eventually... unless the alphabets continue to keep it out of sight. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

That's a reserve packing issue; not a wings container issue. Look at picture number three. Your reserve is pushing up at the top of the container and pulling the tab out every time you bend over. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Yes, thank you. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -
The first bullet missed and hit a tree (excellent marksmanship). There's also a single bullet two shot theory that LHO hit both JFK and the governor. The angles appear right. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I don't know the answer to that. I do know the Navy is pouring about 30 Million a year into nano research at NLR and the Naval Academy. EDIT: Typo Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -

I don't have time to look it all up and post it but there are several assertions that Craig Roberts was looking at the wrong locations for where the shots were taken. Here's an overhead map if you want to compare it to Roberts' description. https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewer?mid=1tTHBhemxkuN-OPEkfqjKSb0KIgE&hl=en_US&ll=32.77941522048312%2C-96.80832985400201&z=20 Next, I can't find any mention of Hathcock's experiment aside from people on internet forums saying that he tried it and quoting Craig Roberts as the source of this report. It wouldn't be the first time that someone writing a book got their information wrong. A direct quote from Hathcock, "Let me tell you what we did at Quantico. We reconstructed the whole thing: the angle, the range, the moving target, the time limit, the obstacles, everything. I don't know how many times we tried it, but we couldn't duplicate what the Warren Commission said Oswald did." While the quote is from the book; I know this to be true because I've known Craig since the '80's and was present during more than one dinner meeting while he was interviewing Hathcock for the book. Craig and Charles Sasser (whom I've known longer) were co-authors on the book "One Shot - One Kill" about Hathcock) which at one time was required reading at the USMA) which was later made into the movie with Tom Berenger. Both authors have a vast amount of experience in these matters. Feel free to look up their bios. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

The youtube video demonstrates static positioning and time ability... nothing about a moving target. I'll take Craig's and Hathcock's exploration and expertise over that. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Yup. Around 2003/4; when Chili had a beer offense - he was a nondrinker and would not buy beer. Instead; he went to the store and bought Ice cream and root beer, set up a table and built everyone a root beer float. It was actually well received and everyone enjoyed the hell out of them on that hot Oklahoma summer day. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I don't believe there was an alphabet conspiracy; but I also have it on good authority that Oswald could not have made that shot - so I won't vote. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

At an auction in Ft. Worth a wealthy Texan announced that he had lost his wallet containing $10,000 and would give a reward of $100 to the person who found it. From the back of the hall; an Oklahoma ranch hand shouted, “I’ll give $150!” +++++ Did you hear about the fire in University of Texas's football dorm that destroyed 20 books? The real tragedy was that 15 hadn't been colored yet. +++++ What does the average Texas Tech University student get on his SAT? Drool. +++++ My girlfriend came out of the shower and said, "I shaved my privates; you know what that means?" I said, "Yeah the drain is clogged again." +++++ Guy: Wanna go down on me? Girl: No. Guy: Probably for the best. I mean, it has a label - Warning! Choking Hazard! Girl: Isn't that the warning put on tiny objects? Here is a more recent discussion regarding DACA from CNN where both sides are given. For me, Trump turning it over to Congress and extending it for 2 years was the right thing to do. Here. Nat, I've checked about 10 suppliers for you and that screen has been discontinued by the manufacturer and every source says, "Out of Stock." I did find one in Great Britain (not for sale in the US), but it stated, "NOT COMPATIBLE WITH LP140WH6" These days, most of the manufacturers are re-tooling every three years. Sorry, but I'm out of options. Might be time for a new laptop. Good luck. Keith Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I think you're stuck with this solution. Had to do the same thing a few years ago when the manufacturer quite making that screen. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I started to go to Casper, WY for the eclipse as part of a 5,000 mile bike ride up to Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Heard about the traffic jams, so my riding buddy and I decided to saunter on over to Pocatello, ID for the night (Comfort Inn = $350.00 for the night) Then, we rode north that Monday morning to Idaho Falls. People were lined up all along the Snake River. We pulled into an Applebee's and the entire staff was outside in the parking lot with their glasses on. They asked if they were going to have to work or could they watch the Eclipse. We told them we were here to watch the Eclipse also and then have some lunch. One of the girls thanked us and as I was pulling out my paper plates to make the sun hole; the girl asked if we had eclipse glasses. We said, "No." there's another way to watch it. She came over and gave us each a pair of eclipse glasses. Your film portrays exactly what we saw. I had this great idea to take a pic of the eclipse with my cell camera through the eclipse glasses. That didn't work so well. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
