Hey all, so i got some best buy cash for xmas, and seeing as i have a looooooooooong ass flight coming up thursday i wanted to get an mp3 player. i don't want an ipod of any kind, but i kind of had my eye on the zune. i wanted to know anyone's experiences with this thing, or if there is any other mp3 player that is recommended. thanks!

if it's only a 10 dollar game, the graphics (tho i agree they don't look very good at all) aren't that important. the question is whether it will actually be any fun to play...

OK everyone here has to get Call of Duty 4 for the 360. it's freakin awesome...i rented it, beat the single player, and then went out and bought it for the multiplayer element.

If guns were outlawed and, by corollary, so would be the sale of guns, then wouldn't it stand that also the sale of ammunition would be illegal? If ammo was illegal, then wouldn't companies stop making it? and then, even if the criminals had guns, isn't the problem solved by them not having any ammo to use? I mean, I'm sure getting a gun thrown at you hurts if it hits you, but it's better than a bullet!

I don't think people will be surprised as much as disappointed, as I'm guessing there'll be a couple of names that will make you go "him? really?" you're right, what Selig says should be interesting. Also, I am thinking there'll be a lot of manuevering by the players' reps to spin or deny...like saying the people who provided the info had grudges, the players didn't know what it was, etc.

This is just a guess, but I am thinking that when they contacted the DZ and told them what they wanted to do, the DZ probably told them "no, you dont get 90 secs of freefall from 4 grand, no you can't talk in freefall and yes you can catch someone" but they did the episode anyway because it's a cool episode to do. i wish they had done whether or not someone holding on to the rig could actually hang on when the parachute opens...

I feel Madden took a step back from the PS2 days on the PS3...they need to fix a lot on that. I haven't played assasin's creed, but if you can return it if you don't like it, you really don't have anything to lose!

Haven't seen the movie yet, but I just got back from watching John C Reilly as Dewey Cox performing at the Cubby Bear, for free...luckily it is only a block from my house! He's a great performer and was funny as hell. Hopefully the movie is as good as he was live.

Actually, that's not really true. Parody is fair game, and he doesn't have to ask for permission to use the songs. He just does that out of good will to the artists, to not burn bridges. I'm not saying he didn't say that...but that it's incorrect. In fact on his myspace page he says that he doesn't need permission. It's this lack of permission that made Coolio get mad at Al for his parody of Gangster's Paradise.
