  1. Do you support scrapping the "public optionless" versions that have been passed in the house/senate in order to get it right? James
  2. Will the healthcare overhaul as passed in the house and or senate make or lose money for the insurance companies? James
  3. I've heard it both ways and don't have time to research it now at work. Asking a simple question like that usually brings a responce from both sides. James
  4. Are insurance companies for or against the healthcare legislation? James
  5. So you are saying President Obama's health care plan will cause 23,000 unnecessary deaths? James
  6. The ability to turn on the microphone in a cell phone from a remote location, with a warrant of course, would be quite the crime fighting tool wouldn't it? James
  7. it is clear you do not know your history. I only spoke of how your attitude comes across, has nothing to do with history. It is truly a shame you think so little of minorities. I pitty you, you should try to get out in the real world more instead of living in your little alternet reality. James
  8. It is clear you think that minorities can not compete for jobs without "affirmative action". What does that say about you? James
  9. Yeah, and what does blue eyes have to do with it? Sounds like "white racial resentment". James
  10. For me it's simple, I eat meat because I enjoy it. Obviously I am a heartless bastard with no morals or ethics. James
  11. My 95 dodge w/318 had a series of steps that woulld get the check engine light to blink trouble codes from the ecm. Something like turn key on and off three times fast then turn on and floor the accellerator (that's not it, as something like that). Your 98 will have the newer OBD II diagnostic system and may or may not be able to do this. Either way you need to see if you have codes stored. Most parts sellers will scan your computer for free. 16. http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-state-tax31-2009oct31,0,2028140.story Forced Loan? Is this the "politically correct" term for theft? In April they'll probably repay the loan with an IOU. James
  17. Agree on the exhaust being to reduce noise since all three have three blade props also. James
  18. Scott, thanks for the training and 2 wingsuit jumps at the holiday boogie. Back on topic, He or you and he could come out to Canyon or Saguaro Lake and rent a boat. These lakes are both in the mountains about 1hr20min drive from Eloy. You can check it out at www.precisionmarine.biz, the scenery and fishing are good. James
  19. I had a similar problem with one of their RW suits, also an earlier model. They were very nice about fixing it. It took a very long time to get the suit back and it fell apart in the next approx. 50 jumps till being unuseable. I did not bother playing the waiting game again. Hope the quality has improved since then. James
  20. Don't have any idea if it will fit. My question is are you sure you should be flying an xfire II at that wingloading and your jump numbers? James

    um?

I would say t depends on how close he was. If he was as close as it sounds like he was and I was with another experienced jumper I would be upset but not pissed. If this happened and I was jumping with a 30ish jump rookie I would then be pissed. What part of I'm keeping it a 2-way for the safety and enjoyment of the newbie do you not understand comes to mind. This whole situation would be different if the guy following you was very experienced, but 60 jumps in 3 years. Sounds like he had NO buisiness being there. James
  22. Walk over to your wife and ask her to please get your balls out of her purse and loan them back to you for a few minutes. I realise it may not be possible for you to keep them and stay married, but you should atleast be able to use them once in a while. Now tell her no-way no-how is that "dog" staying in your home with your new baby. The other posters are correct in that this "situation" will define your relationship with the MIL. Do you want to have some say in this relationship or just be the guy who gets outvoted by the wife/MIL. If you fear for the safety of your new child you are obligated to do what you feel is right. Hurting a few feelings is a no-contest decision when it comes to your childs safety. Knowing nothing more than we are talking about a 140lb rug pisser here tells me that the dog is not well trained and that you may not be able to control it if things go bad. Good Luck on this one and the ones to come. James

    Awesome dad

Now that's a tearjerker for sure. It sure makes the everday fatherhood problems seem trivial. What a moment for him to have his son peck out "when we were running, it felt like I wasn't dissabled anymore!"
  24. I'm curious how much money this airport gets from the fed's (if any) is the result of operations at Skydive Arizona? I don't know for sure, but it seems someone told me that each skydiver is counted as a landing at the airport. Is this true? If so how much money will the airport lose on the reduced number of operations? I would also think some of the other Eloy buissnesses would side with SDA on the basis of lost skydiver revenue if the DZ where to move. James
