I am not very picky, but there are a few things that I wont eat....liver, rice pudding, tapioca pudding, and okra. Once a year (and no leftovers....) I suffer through turkey. I just hate the taste of turkey!!! Anne

if she were the right girl for you, you would not be asking us advice....you would be with her. If the connection is strong, then people find a way to work past having children to take care of and jobs to work at....they find time for each other cuz that is what matters! 0:0:0 Saturday the ceiling was 2000 ft. My C license says I could jump it, but that is too low for me. Today the ceiling was 600 ft in the morning, up to about 100 ft later. Too low for any of us. It has been 21 days since my last jump and I am about to lose it!!!!!! Anne

Just to update everyone!!! Tina and I kidnapped Tippy Friday night and took him to the local hotel. There he recieved a trim of the mats of fur and the burrs...plus tina had to snip the dried shit off his ass (eewww....) Then he got a bath with fles and tick killing shampoo. I got the pleasure of scrubbing his ass.... Then he got blown dry. He peed on my foot during this, but I forgive him. He is 100 years old!!! We then returned him to the dz where we dyed some of his hair green. He has a nice collar of white fur amidst his yellow and brown coat. We got it fairly green. People noticed how fluffy and clean he looked as much as they noticed that he was green!!!! (BTW this was the highlight of my weekend....damn 600 ft ceiling kept me on the ground. grrrrr.....) Anne

I know it is late in the day, but I hope you all had a great Pi day.....My students and I celebrated with pecan pies and apple-rhubarb pies.... ( i teach math....pi....3.14......today is 3/14...) OK, I AM A NERD!!!! Anne

I always hear the second warning, and have yet (knock on wood) to hear the third... I did a pop and hop at 7000 ft and still heard the second warning...I don't remember whether the first (set for 5000 ft) sounded but I know that the second (at 3500) did. I was not in the midst of any crazy turns, just lollygagging around. I would rather it go off too often than not often enough! Anne

Yes to the first two.... I have not jumped in two (?) weeks. It seems like an eternity. I really do find that I am crabbier during weeks when I did not get to jump the previous weekend. Maybe it is just in my mind!!!!! I turned down tickets to round two NCAA games to jump on Saturday. Good choice, as far as I can see! Anne

Well I'll pitch in.... I did static line...and no one suggested that I take off my watch....so sure enough, as I hung from the strut it broke off. There was a camera attached to the wing that snapped a pic just as I left....you can see the watch flaoting just above my wrist....just moments before it was gone forever.... thankfully i didn't care about that watch! Anne

At one point I think that Wesley Snipes ( is that who the actor is?) leaves the plane with his chest strap undone... I would not recommend this!!!! Anne
