My usual Wednesday night country dancing partner has found himself a better woman. Thats right, he starting dating this girl a couple weeks ago and now apparently we can't go out kickin our heels up anymore. I'm deeply saddened, this is something I really looked forward to. So... any Houston takers? Please? _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Thanks Levin for another fun meet! Still had a blast despite not bringing my A game... I suppose only BASE jumping the past 3 weeks doesn't keep ya swoop current Nonetheless, always learning, always having fun. Can't wait for the next one! Congrats to all those who kicked ass despite the gnarly winds at the beginning of the day. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Hey glad that shrivel flap worked for ya and glad you were able to get a jump in

Ok so there I was, hanging my parachute below me with the lines in my hand. Looking over the edge and taking one last breath... then hurled myself over the top and did a front flip over my trusty Raven I. Lines unraveled perfectly and I felt like Mary Poppins underneath. Viola! It worked and I floated safely to dry land. That was the coolest jump that I did for the day

"Truly in love with at the same time" as you quoted. The answer is 1. I'm being all serious tonight. But playfully I'd say 8. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Thanks Jim. I had several good responses and PM's from my bonfire post. I realize I'm eligible for VA benefits, and KateCooper and Slappie sent me some great ideas as well. Hopefully I'll get it resolved for good one way or another _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Thanks Kate Cooper and Slappie again for your ever helpful ideas. I realize I am eligible for VA healthcare benefits, service connected disability discharge, so I am going to fill out these forms asap. In the meantime, I will look into both of your suggestions. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Thanks Slapster! I'll try your PM idea first, then check out what the VA has to offer. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

No. It'd be just like paying regular health insurance. Most college students can get insurance through their parents as a dependent if they're full-time and I don't think it costs them much. But unfortunately I don't have that option. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

I had arthoscopic shoulder surgery 2 years ago to repair my torn rotator cuff. The ligaments have since re-torn, there have been at least 4 instances of dislocations since. The most recent being last night at the rock gym. I know by the pain (and the sound of tearing) that I really messed it up this time. I don't have health insurance anymore, I am a full time college student in my last semester. I was told by my previous doctor that open surgery is my only other resort. Are there any avenues to having surgery without insurance? Thanks guys. PS - This is cross-posted in safety and training, but I figure more people will look here and I have a better chance of a response. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com
