I wrecked my truck pretty badly last night, not totalled, but close. No worries about me or the other guy, we're totally fine, in fact his Dodge Ram looks like it barely has a ding in it. My Ranger however, is done. Never been in a wreck before, and it was my fault to boot. In the midst of the chaos, I need wheels and fast. Don't have a lot of money and although I'm in love with my truck I should probably get something with better gas mileage. Ideas? I'm shopping... _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

For some reason or another, usually better heading performance with gainers... and even silly flips that haven't gone so well. Just seems that way to me. My general method and train of thought: During rotation, looking for the ground... tower (or whatever object, hopefully its a bridge first ) passes field of vision, then I see land. Hand on PC and pitch then. Feet out to slow rotation and avoid the PC hitting the foot. Keep it simple. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Either is sufficient, but I prefer PD slinks. Not because of the wear on your current ones, but because they're easier to install or remove in my opinion. The brass ring does not make aerodyne's safer, Slinks have never been known to come undone if installed properly. But I'm just a big PD fan so I'm biased _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Rigging is my second job... and its great because I do it all mostly during the week. Packing's a great start, yet you may not get as many jumps in (depending on your dz). I know the packers at mine however, tend to get a few in per day. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Hmm, the only problem I see with your post is a personal attack, but *seemingly* deserving in this case. I cannot judge you or him by a single post. Anywhoo, if I were in your shoes, would have done the same. If its impossible to communicate with authorities, then jumping is the most suitable option to get down quickest and not annoy them further. Then put on a happy face, charming smile, and apologize profusely.
