    Are they flying on these day trips? If so check out Skydive East TN as well. Mullins place is awesome, Turbine (King Air) with a mid size DZ feel. Skydive East TN is a Turbine (PAC 750) DZ with a small size feel. If you haven't been to either you will like both.     You know my question is valid yet keep trying to go in circles around answering it. And why did you drag McCain into this? I asked my question and it was not a; one sided point of view/political following question, unlike your answers. I am not a member of any political party and subscribe to no parties particular style of misleading and lying form of "leadership". I've asked a simple question and still have not seen an answer. Sure Donald Duck may be a Disney cartoon, but I have met a Richard "Dick" Tracy, went to basic training with him in 1986. And yeah he caught hell every day. What if he registered in numerous counties as some one pointed out, if he voted wouldn't that be not only Voter registration Fraud but also Voter Fraud?     Um, I asked you for a source. So your the "tree" here. You can't back up your point by saying it is your opinion.     I have read the Koran as well as the Tora and Bible. But there are numerous examples of all, which one is true? Having been in countries with Imam's who are very peaceful in preaching as well as with Imam's who are not I have seen more peaceful ones. I have also been in countries where the local Roman Catholic leader was preaching death and others peace. But that is just a personal experience. In my 42 years, working 29+ of them, it has never worked out, the way he said, for me, higher taxes never coincided with higher income, unless you count a promotion! but that was not what he was talking about was it? Well, like most of us, the caller had finally had enough of the BS and in reaching his limit calmly tried to discuss it.     In the USA it is not illegal to take any one, regardless of age, on a Tandem Jump. But it is not legal for a parent or guardian to sign away a minors rights. And of course in the USA it has become a "requirement" to have a waiver of rights signed before any high risk activity is participated in. Even in School Sports Programs one has to sign a waiver.     The whole point of the letter is about "Minors Rights" and how a parent or legal guardian has no authority to sign those away. The parent or legal guardian can not sign away the minors rights to allow them to jump from an airplane and make a skydive. In America until your the "Legal Age of Majority" you have rights that can not be signed away by your Parent or guardian. Yes I have gathered you have a low regard for the USA, fine. This issue doesn't affect your Tandem Mil, unless your using SIGMA's and UPT gets sued out of business one day because a underage Tandem STUDENT was hurt on a Tandem INSTRUCTION Jump in the USA.     Oh I've had more than my fair share, especially since I would venture to guess I've been jumping since before you were makin' mustard in 3 corner pants....thing is, me and the people that witnessed it openly discuss the FACTS in hopes it may save someone else from having to go through it. If you had TWO PCIT's...with consequential two outs~ HOW did it happen? WHO packed them? WHAT did you do to insure it doesn't happen again? WHAT type of rig? WHERE were you jumping when this extremely rare event happened to the same person, two times in less than ten jumps ...and what does the DZO or ASO have to say about it?     It is those same parents who then go and sue the DZ, Instructor, the rig builder and USPA. So the Manufacturers say no one under the "Age of Majority", PERIOD, in the USA. Since in the USA we parents can not sign away our Child's rights. I did not under stand your last sentence, but it seems like your asking can a person under the "Age of Majority" sign a contract to purchase good, like a car motorcycle etc?
