The only fact that was not disputable in the article was the cause of death for the Condor. The law has removed lead bullets from use, mostly, but some I am sure break the law. It still does not make him "Cooper". Your records show he was also potentially an "identity thief", and either served in the military under another name or faked his service (elaborately maybe). The FBI has done their job with D. Weber. They looked into him and ruled him out as "Cooper". They had no need, reason, or orders to look into any other aspect of him, as he was not accused of any other crimes. They do not need to do any thing else with him.
