  2. Hwo can you tell if someone has searched your posts? Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  3. I'm more of a "everyone got the Message all wrong kinda" guy. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  4. I got ya now....you were just heavy on the non-compliance stuff that I did not understand. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  5. That is what I said. The UN does not enforce all of its resoultions. So why do we get to pick and choice which ones we decide to endorse? Saddam did not comply, but every years for 14 years now, the UN had OVERWHELMINGLY voted against our embargo of Cuba, but we just yawn in their face. By your argument, we don't believe in it either. And since we do not believe in it, why do we even accept the EXISTENCE of ANY UN resolution about ANYTHING? By the way, that clip is great. I really need to see that whole movie. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  6. The fault I see in the logic of your argument is the insistence of using "the UN did not make them comply so we had to go in" line. By your logic, the UN does not seem to be effective at all(or at least it appears that way from the comments about not doing anything in Iraq or Rawanda). Therefore, ANY resolution they make would have no value. Hence, the resolution they made about Iraq and WMD's should be utterly worthless and discarded And yet, you say that since Iraq did not follow the the resolution of a empty institution, we had a right to invade. That does not make sense. If we are going to use an organization's resolutions as reasons for action, then it is probably important that we believe in the organization behind them. As an aside, if we are going to use the fact that a country does not comply with a UN resolution as reason to invade, then what about Israel and its lack of compliance? Or any other countries with resolutions against it? What about the resolution condemning our embargo of Cuba? Should we invade ourselves? I am mostly just playing devil's advocate. I think that in the future, the Iraqi people will be better off. But I think our rationale and planning for the after effects was a bit....askew. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. 7. FINALLY! I get to post this: http://www.piratesandemperors.com/ And just for the record, I think it is a silly cartoon I saw on Bored At Work, but since you used the phrase and it occurs in, I felt I must post it. Even if it is meant to be a slam...the parable of the Pirate and Emperor does ring true...for ANY powerful nation.
  8. Hopefully they put a "Sorry, we have realized that you are using Flash to create pointless introductions and useless webpages devoid of actual content and so we cannot allow you to save" alert box. That would be nice. Flash is a great program and can be used to creat really cool, slick looking applications but I think the damn thing is highly overused on the web to show the world how cool a site is. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  9. YES. And if you managed to squeak through the cracks... you are safe. You shouldn't pie someone 630 jumps later because someone forgot. I agree. I think my old dz gave people a 10 jump window. Thank you. However. If someone REQUESTS that someone else get pied and is giving a jump ticket in payment, the I say pie away!! Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  10. Here are some funny captions for Star Wars Convention pictures: http://www.livejournal.com/users/krautboy/243291.html Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  11. TRIPLE WORD SCORE!! Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  12. That was a very good point and there was a whole lot of the word hate in there. But to me, it seems that she hates the PERSON, not just their views (I could be wrong, but from what I have seen of her, it is what I infer). I also stated my opinion incorrectly. Yes, I do detest her views. I do not hate her as a person. What I dislike about her is that instead of trying to find ways to compromise, her goal is to DIVIDE the nation. And that is not the way to make stronger country. Yes, she may be noble in the way she states her opinion with no apologies. BUt I still adhere to the idea that what she does she does for the simple fact that it gets people riled up and helps widen the gap between people on both sides. I fully believe that she has a right to say what she says, but I also believe I fully have to right to dismiss everything that comes out of her mouth as angry and unproductive. SO I said it wrong, it is not the hatred that I dislike, but the fact that I don't think it helps anyone except her publisher. In my view, She does the same damage to the Republican party that Al Franken and Michael Moore do to the Democrats. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  13. OH NO!! Now I will never find porn!!! Is that really supposed to make him feel bad? That the overall number of cell phone porn pics is reduced? That is silly. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  14. I cannot stand her. The fact that she HATES (not disagrees with or even just has no respect for) someone because she does not like their politics is repugnant. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  15. Man, I didn't even know about that incident...but I knew it was Ann Coulter from the first mention that the writer was female. Any article from her is totally lost on my ears. As I have said before, that woman does not love America. She loves money and stirring the pot. Her desire is to keep America divided and polarized. Because if it is not? She can't sell books or get appearances on cable news "cage matches." She thrives on fear and hate. If there is anyone who hates America, it is Ann Coulter. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  16. Ever see The Big Lebowski? Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.

  18. I bet she planted it. The lady has a history of making claims against big coporations. But 50K would be totally sweet. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  19. I searched but could not find this. http://www.moronland.com/video.php?media=Mac%20Hater&cd=1 Even if you like Mac, this is pretty funny. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  20. I like what comedian Brian Regan has to say about pop-tarts directions (package says microwave on high for THREE seconds): "Microwave PopTarts? How long does it take to toast a pop tart . . .a minute and a half if you want it dark? Listen if you need to zap fry you pop tarts before you head out the door, you might want to loosen up your schedule" Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  21. I am going to go with: The Talented Mr Ripley - Just when I thought it was over, IT KEPT GOING. The 3rd Matrix - Was I supposed to feel anything at all? Cube - bleh bleh and more bleh. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  22. I would fill out the form NOW, but when I was in college? No way. I would be driving. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  23. $6 dollar bathmat from Walmart.
  24. I have been jumping a Spectre ( a 210 until 30 jumps ago and now a 170) since before I was off student status. Though I have low jump numbers, I have been packing my own rig since then. I have packed quite a few "trash packs" and have never had a hard opening. That being said, friends of mine HAVE had hard Spectre openings. In any case, I have been more than satisfied with my Spectre. It opens nice and flies great. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
  25. THe Dolphin was my first container. It was a great, low cost rig for my first couple hundred jumps. The previous owner had gotten some freefly mods so I used it a bit for that but I mostly used it for RW and it was excellent for that. I wholeheartedly recommend Dolphin as a first rig. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
