    I think the Americans and the allied forces deserve more credit than the Nazis for keeping communism out of Western Europe. So did Renault, producing for the German army.     I may be wrong, but I believe it is already banned in few countries (Germany being one of them, France might be another). And has been for quite some time. Not quite sure why the EU would want to extend it to all countries though.
