I think he meant "I promise to liberate the hole's worm"! It must be a metaphore. "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

You'll probably experience more and meet more people by travelling alone. Groups have a tendency to be sometimes exclusive. And I agree with your choice of NZ. One of the best place to meet wonderful people, and a truly amazingly beautiful country. "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

I wonder if these are obscure enough I could use them in Speaker's Corner and get away with it... "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

They're a dime a dozen in the Bonfire. Please follow me... "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

Mike, pay attention! ATF = Absinthe, Tequila & Fastwomen! "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

Of course. You're right. But if you want to look at it from a cynical angle, and if you are assuming that the only motivation behind the French's opposition to the war was driven by pure financial interests, then the same could be said about te US and England. Some French investors had lots to lose with an invasion; some US and British investors had lots to gain with such an invasion. Claiming that the French opposition was solely driven by financial gains, and the the US and the UK were driven by pure humanitarian motives is, in my view, hypocritical. There were other motivations, on both sides, to want to either avert or encounter this conflict. Are you trying to tell me he wasn't? Go do another Google search! He had stockpiles of subterranian MIGs and underground torpedos Good. Enlighten me then! Now, my French evilness is overtaking me, and I have the urge to go and mug an old lady. I'll be right back... You're funny, dude! The French were indeed the only ones in the world trying to avoid the war. Actually, i suspect a good number of the insurgents are French. Probably the same ones who shot Kennedy! Considering how few jumps you have, you should refrain from making such statements. "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

Did you count it as a dock though? "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

Can we go one week without any ass kissing threads?

Damn! How did you know we're one and the same?! "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return." -

Tssstssstsss... Double negation... "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return." -
Yeaaaaaaaaah! That's what I'm talking about! "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

Were you wearing a full face helmet? "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

Well, if you're gonna give them away...

Actually, there are several French politicians and firms being investigated, some of them being already charged. I suspect some of them will walk away free, which is a shame, but no fault to the French judges trying to prosecute them... "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

Is that bad? "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

I don't know it it's more or less dangerous, but certainly less democratic if you prevent them from voting. Otherwise, it turns into an elitist system (it already is enough IMHO). And once again, who would decide which citizen is worthy and which one is unworthy of casting a ballot? You? Me? Billvon? Tunaplanet? Quade? Ron? (Tired of going through the usual suspects...) Democracy should not be the exclusivity of the smart and/or educated and/or wealthy and/or [pick someone]... based on some very (at best) subjective criteria. My humble opinion...

No way! "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."

Great! Can't wait to see the Iraqi Navy's flying submarines. But what about the Iraqi detainees' boobies? Since, as you knowingly claimed, that's what I'd rather be staring at. I've actually been searching the web for one of these for quite some time now, but to no avail. Got any in your arsenal of "never seen before SH smoking guns photos" I could borrow? "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return." -

Cool! A subterranean MIG! I always thought those were urban myths. How does it work? -
It would be even more dangerous for democracy to have someone decide on a threshold of knowledge/idiocy. It would be a great way to weed out political oponents. Besides, it would be as anti-democratic as can be. "For once you have tasted Absinthe you will walk the earth with your eyes turned towards the gutter, for there you have been and there you will long to return."
