    I believe these are "viral" ads. Officially not ordered or paid for by VW, but the work of a company (Viral Factory) who produces such spots in order to give exposure to its Directors and Creative talent. Although there is much speculation that VW may be footing the bill in the shadow, as internet publicity is always welcome... I believe the same people also did the Ford KA sport spots (pigeon and cat), and the Trojan Games spots.
