While you might not be training for a marathon.... this book is still very helpful: "The Non-Runner's Marathon Trainer" by: David Whitsett, Forrest A Dolgener, and Tanjala Mabon Kole I had the same problem with breathing. My recommendation (and what I personally did) is to start slow SLOW. Slow enough that it's almost completely painless and then set a plan to increase speed and follow it. The book helps a lot. Best of luck. :-)

Ah, well now that I think back... the people I've successfully had a relationship with are people my friends introduced me to... so, yeah... the parents really make it tough for me. I think it stems from my mother's dissatisfaction with getting married so young herself and not being completely happy with her decision. She's still married, but she keeps telling me stuff like 'Just marry someone who can make you smile...' and what I know she's thinking is... 'Cause your dad is pretty grouchy these days and it makes me crazy' -

Yeah, I used to. I think it was mostly because my parents were never satisified with the men I dated. They always thought that I deserved better. Ridiculous, I know. I quickly learned that my mother will never be satisified with who I'm dating. My friends were never really an issue. They are less judgemental... and just more fun! Happy Monday morning to you, too! -

I might or might not have a problem... but here is my potential predicament... I have a Nike Phillips MP3 player that, as far as I know, is only compatible with Musicmatch Jukebox. Meaning, to get music on and off the player I have to use Musicmatch Jukebox. Unfortunately for me, I uninstalled Musicmatch Jukebox and installed itunes, because Musicmatch kept giving me errors and it was making me mad. The unfortunate part is that I can no longer change the music on my MP3 player. So my question: will having both itunes and musicmatch jukebox installed on my computer screw anything up? Anyone know? Or have any suggestions... Thanks for the help!

While my problem is not heroin, they won't let me sell plasma for the same reason I can't donate blood.... ... I lived in England for more than 18 months in the 1980's and could possibly have mad cow disease...

They advertise the same thing in College Station. I'm not sure how much they pay for donating plasma... but I know a few people who do it and haven't had any problems.
