What's your daily/weekly workout routine (non gym)

I run 4.5 - 5 miles about 4-5 times a week... Can't manage to lose any weight doing so though... -
Any suggestions? I haven't rented a movie in awhile... so, what's out there? I'm not in the mood for anything hella scary or depressing...

I don't know if I'm OCD... but I clean things all the time. Randomly. My toilet and my sink get cleaned multiple times a week. Weird? I think so... And I'm not a messy person Also (because I have roommates) If I come home from work/school/being out ... I can NOT eat a meal until that damn kitchen is spotless. It bugs the crap out of me. I'm highly detail orientated. I doesn't bother me, but it bugs the crap out of my family and friends sometimes.

I'd agree with the humor routine. Personally, I wouldn't dig the chocolate/flowers/poem combo.... unless it made me laugh in some way. Make her laugh! Be a goof! Do something she would say to 'Awww... thats cute' and then laugh or something. Yes, cheese works.

What's sad is that I live in SE Texas. It is supposed to be reasonably warm here for most of the year. It was 24 degrees a few days ago... I wonder what it's like in Hawaii or FL? ... The weather today wasn't too bad...

All in all, life is good, you're right. But I stil hate cold weather .... ... it's probably my lack of caffeine....

I hate cold weather! I hate it when my house is cold, I hate it when my truck is cold, I hate it when I AM cold! Who's with me? I never really enjoyed jumping in cold weather, or doing much of anything... If I could sit in my house all day (with the heater on) and not have to leave, I'd be okay with it being cold outside. I need to live somewhere reasonably warm all year long. whoa, such a negative post so early on a Saturday morning. Maybe I need some caffeine or something...

whoa, you dropped off here for awhile huh? Funny, sometimes I think I was 'meant' to be a smoker... if that is possible. I stress out so much, sometimes I wonder if taking a smoking break would make me feel better... But in all reality, I'll never be a smoker because I like running more.

Absolutely. And more often than not, I get in trouble doing my 'thing'... But think about this... what if doing this 'thing' is really a part of your 'norm' (meaning it is part of your character to want to do something out of the norm) ... and then everything you do is really YOU! Does that make sense? Probably not, but I tried....
