I see that most wingsuits has a curved leading edge that sweeps back like jets. I dont know when where and how, but with airplanes they realized that swept wings work better for some planes, straight edge better for others. I'm not sure what the determining speed is. Why would it not be advantageous to have a "straight edge"? It would increase your surface area would it not? Is it to hard to maintain that shape during flight? Probably a retarded question from an unexperienced child, but rmember, children needs their questions answered too!

[replyThat's true of old flourescent tubes; they contain mercury and should be disposed of in an appropriate place. Regular incandescents just contain glass, argon (which is as non-toxic as you can get) paint and some metal (tungsten and steel, usually.) You can throw em out without any more worry than a soda bottle. I was always told to wrap 'em up in newspaper after my dad took out the trash and cut his hand! When I was in my destructive-adolescent stages, we found a bunch of old fluorescent tubes lying in the school's trash. We took 'em and slung 'em at far away trees, watching them implode. By default, no. But if you don't pay your late fees the can (by terms of the rental agreement) port your late charge off to a collection agency which does have the right to place on your credit report. In this type of instance (medical collections can be the same), the collection agency will threaten to put it on your report. If you owe and you pay, it means less work for them since they don't have to put it on your bureau. But they will contact you first before it affects your credit right? If it wasn't for the comercial push of christmas, it wouldn't be halfway as developed as it is now. But, they have to advertize to succeed. When I spent a few months away from TV, radio and any big cities, I didnt realize how much it would affect my life. When I re-entered a populated urban environment, I was sickened by the ads on TV, radio and on bilboards. America is billboard CRAZY. Christmas is only materialistic if you want it to be. For me, Christmas is about celebrating life and family and love. It's about being together and thinking about each other. It's not about how much money you spend or the size of your Christmas tree ()!! uuuummm... but i dissagree... You see, the only reason people start putting up decorations earlier than the acceptable (Dec 16th) is because Walmart does. So they walk around stores and see all the decorations for sale, and all the decorations that are put up in the store. They are then made to believe it is time to put up decorations. Thats bullcrap. Why decorate anyways? I agree that christmas should be a festive occasion, but anything gets anoying after such a long time. Celebrating for a week is quite exhaustive, nevermind a month! Look at any other culture and their elongated festivals. They dance and celebrate for the alloted amount of time, then go home. They dont decorate a month beforehand! The thought first occured to me when I walked around a store in September and Christmas songs started playing. Ever since that day I have repeatedly thought the same thought...christmas sucks. We all know how much christmas is being exploited by commercial America. Many profess that they hate how much it is comercialized nowadays, how much that hate the ads and the music, but then they are the same ones that feed the system, spending massive amounts of money on presents. I am all for giving. I think it is great, but we dont have to take a month to do it! I can give all I want in 2 hours, and then forget about it. Sort of like the days when i was a kid and Christmas used to be a one day thing. Maybe this is where the problem lies. When I was a kid, I anticipated christmas for a long time. The tree was in the corner starting mid-december, and gifts were given after a great meal on christmas eve. Christmas was spent with all the family hanging out. What a great time. But then I was brought into this mayhem, and therefrom sprung my hatred towards this dreaded time of year. Some people love driving around looking at the lights in other people's yards, their reindeer on the roof and so forth. Because of them I am now forced to slow down when they decide to look at a house like they plan on buying it. Why o why o why. My dream is to take the entire month of december and move to a desolate place that has never heard of christmas. Then come back as if nothing ever happened, and my life will be of much better quality and much less agrevation. Will this madness ever stop? Is there any plato to this ever escelating insanity? Maybe I'll start by setting up my anti-aircraft weaponry, and when santa decided to pass close by he will be no more. Peej and tonto I heard that same opinion from two friends who recently spent time in Stellebosch. But thats the Cape, not Gautengeleng. My parents just travelled there, and within a week they told us (email) that we are very fortunate to have moved and it was def. the right thing. (they stayed at my aunts in wierdapark, pretoria). So I basically want to see if they told me that honestly (which i trust), or if they told me to keep me happy here in the US and away from SA. All the young peoples opinions seem positive, while my uncle and aunt is telling me the same as my parents. Stay where I am. Just wondering on the situation of my homeland. I never see any crazies going through Static Line or AFF. Yet I see many crazy experienced skydivers. So do we get crazier the more we jump, or do we start out crazy?
