    I think our whole system is in need of a major overhaul, the constitution included. How crazy is it to think that a document written 200 years ago can still be applicable today without major changes? A company would be out of business in short order if it was not constantly manipulating its business model to adapt to the current conditions. I think the idea of a trial by a jury of our peers is insane. Refer to my earlier post about people cheering for animated condiments. Do you want these people deciding your fate? We have a system where either the defense or the prosecution has to lie to try and win. OJ's attorneys knew damn well he was guilty. It is a contest between attorneys and the best attorney usually wins, justice be damned. I could go on and on about other things messed up ...but I will save those for another post.

    I think one incident changed my perception of my fellow man more than anything else. I was at a Diamondbacks game in PHX. Baseball is boring enough, but I had a free ticket and the roof was cool to watch open. No shit, between innings, on the big screen, they had cartoon catsup and mustard bottles that were racing each other. The entire stadium went crazy cheering for their favorite condiment in an obviously fixed competition. They were cheering like it was Jeff Gordon. The guy I was with and I looked at each other in disbelief and left. Am I from another planet? Sometimes I think so.

    Wow...Great Post.... That is EXACTLY how I feel about a lot of things....I have never been able to 'fake' having fun... Concerts bore me, State Fairs suck, and going out to smoky clubs with a bunch of drunk asshoes I dont know is not fun either. Getting shitfaced in the Bombshelter where I know EVERYONE is a blast. Actually, skydiving kind of bores me...The people keep me entertained. Does that mean I am not a lemming?

    Cool....The only cool train thing I did was ride on a BNSF Steam Special from San Bernardino to Parker AZ over the Cajon...I went because I worked there and it was free and Id be in the office if I wasnt on the train... I swear to God, there were hundreds of thousands of people lined up all the way up the Cajon pass and into the middle of the desert to Cadiz. Rail fans are nuts.... The coolest part was the F18's buzzing us at 20 ft... We also have a employee Race Train that takes us to NASCAR races at Texas Motor Speedway.... ...

    Im coming... Last time I was there was in a flight of 3 T-6 Texans...We took off 5 min before Charlie Hillard got killed. Was up in the cab at AFW last week...I work for a Railroad and EVERY controller I ever met is more interested in trains than aviation and I love aviation and cant stand trains...

    I did have one funny moment, and I made a lot of people laugh,,,,,That one bitch from 101 dalmations,,,,Curella DeVille??? Some lady was dressed as her and she told Destiny in a snotty tone "I don't like children, get away from me!" or something like that.... I said...."Wasn't I married to you once?" Everyone around laughed their ass off, she even smirked.....

    The closest I have ever come to a nervous breakdown was Disneyland last MLK day...I was watching a 4 year old girl, 3 - 13 year old girls and my sister had her 5 year old. I finally told my sister to meet us somehere later, told the 13 yr olds to go do thir own thing and still almost went nuts trying to watch the 4 yr old. It will EXHAUST you...I was even more pissed because my sis PROMISED me they sold beer. The little girl I was watching is the cutest thing and the love of my life but I almost got my nuts cut off after that day.

    I agree..I should have said I support their RIGHT to protest soldiers.... If for some reason we ever become the fourth reicht and our soldiers are killing jews, we need to keep that right. (but not at their funerals)

    The contitution grants us broad, undefined freedoms. It is up to the legislature to define them. Does the right to bear arms mean I can have land mines and a bazooka? Does the right to freedom of speech mean I can joke that I have a bomb at the airport? Does the right to peaceful assembley mean I can do it on the 50 yard line durning an NFL game? Unfortunately, we have to legislate dignity and honor. I can see even burning a US flag at an organized, peaceful protest. I dont like it and would never do it but.... Im even for these assholes protesting the soldiers, just not at the funerals.
