    The CRAZIEST thing happened to me last month. I was approaching an intersection in McKinney TX with no stop sign for me......There was a brick wall sort of blocking my view of the intrersecting street...For some reason.....I slowed almost to a stop....I had a feeling....Sure as hell, this kid (10?) blasted through the intersection without stopping,.....Im not sure I would have hit him but it would have been close..... I turned left and waived him over......I told him he could easily get hit and he needed to stop at all stop signs.....He seemed more freaked by me talking to him than realizing he tempted fate.... I drove off wondering if that really happened...

    Embarrasment is a deterrent... One thing that totally over-pisses me off is able assholes parking in handicapped spaces because they have someone elses tag or some lame ass doctor gave them one because they had corns... They should be ONLY for people in wheelcahirs/walkers.... I dream of getting a news crew, confronting the a-holes skipping to Wal Mart...checking whos tag it really is, then put the video on a website and put their names in the paper like DUI people get... We Americans are the laziest fuckers on the planet by far..

    Teach your kids not to play in the street. Seriously, you can make a citizens arrest if it is bad. It happened to me in Tahoe. I had my Caddy STS over 90 in snow flurries (dry road) going up the mountain. I guess about 50 people reported me. The cops pulled me over and this bitch pointed me out and I got a reckless driving ticket (reduced to following too close). I haul ass on the interstate but I would never speed if kids could dart out.... Get a white crown vic and park it on the street

Shouldnt we give people a break? Im sure he had no idea what he was saying and certainly did not mean it as a slur. There were some people calling each other 'cracker' at work. None of them knew what it meant, it just sounded funny. An african american friend took me aside and told me what the origins of that word was and I was shocked and had no idea...I told everyone that was saying it and they all had no idea.....(and crapped their pants) We should give someone the doubt of ignorance before we label them a racist.

    The most amazing thing I have ever seen is that Jean Luc guy in France swooping the mountain in his wingsuit. I was at an airshow pilots house last week and we were watching some pretty crazy flying. I told him that I would show him the craziest thing ever,,,,he was like "yeah, right" His jaw dropped.... That IS the coolest video of all time.

    Dude, if it is truly that serious, intervene. Even if you think you are overstepping your bounds, do it. Especially if you think he can be helped. He might hate you at first, but he wont later. I had a guy take away my card to fly low aerobatics because I was pushing it and was going to kill myself. I hated him for 5 years. I finally figured it out and wrote him, thanking him for saving my life.

    Dude, I am in a similar situation. One of my best friends is in a very screwey relationship. VERY SCREWEY. He has made some very insane choices over the last year. I have known him forever and he has never made bad choices. He claims to be in love but I know he is not. I CANT say anything because I will then be the asshole, even though the truth is obvious. I sometimes really worry about his mental health. But, what can you do????

    How will all the facts get in? Well, at least the NTSB report. What if it comes back that some Terrorists shot it down? Certainly no-one names in the suit is responsible. To sue the dead pilots estate and cost his family money defending someone that might have done no wrong is so reprehensible I cant believe it. I wouldnt piss in these fuckers mouths if their teeth were on fire! I hope karma catches up to them.

    Thats cool, and as long as the insurance is reasonable (funeral expenses) that fine. And for sure disability insurance is a good idea for everyone. I am just sick of everyone thinking that they should be paid when shit happens. I think it is rediculous how much money we donated to the 9-11 fund, probaly all the victims had insurance and for sure nobody starved. We should have saved that money for Tsunami relief. They needed help WAY more than anyone on 9-11.

Dont get me wrong, if there was gross negligence, I believe there should be reprocussions. If I had a kid that died in a plane crash, and the mechanic doctored the logs, I want him to go to jail. I do not want any money from the airline, engine mfr., or the airport. Besides, you are not truly hurting the responsible entities, you are costing their insurance company, which means higher rates for the rest of us. It should be a crime to bring a lawsuit like this before all the facts are in. NOBODY knows what happened or who is responsible. To sue at this juncture is BS and I would LOVE to meet the people suing face to face and tell them how selfish they are. These people make me sick. I bet that guy from Austrailia doesnt sue. I hope Im not wrong but I really liked the way he handled himself and the situation. Mike

    I love my parents becaue I know for a fact that they would NEVER sue if I died in a crash, even if gross negligence was a factor. How the fuck can ANYONE spend money that was the result of a childs death??? I see these Gerber life commercials, where they offer life insurance for infants???\ I saw assholes on 9-11 complaining that they were not compensated because their stock-broker sister died!!!!! Guess what, you will die, and nobody deserves to profit due to the cause. If I grab a girls ass at work, she gets a million bucks. If a homless guy rapes and kills a single mother of 5, the kids dont get a fucking dime. I would be glad to confront the greedy piece of shit parents who are involved in this lawsuit. They are pieces of shit and would trade their kids for cash in any circumstance.
