    My dad has a truck listed on Autotrader online, and has been receiving similar emails, one asking to send a check for 10,000+ more than the amount of the truck and that "a friend would pick up the truck and extra cash"...

    Seeing as how a friend of mine got a similar message from the EXACT same person (and the user has actually never logged in to DZ.com) I'd put money on it being a scammer. If it was me, I'd just fuck with them for the hell of it (assuming they don't have any of your contact info or anything other than an email address).

    It wasn't a direct attack on his character. She wasn't lying or anything, the actions HE said he would take were conflicting, she simply pointed it out. While I don't agree with her method of making it a poll, it wasn't an attack. Besides, it's up to the mods to decide that, not you or I, so why worry about it? It hasn't been locked yet, so I guess it isn't. It wasn't the same thing. That's pretty far-fetched.

    While I don't agree with her method, her poll at least had some sort of a point (Rhino's conflicting values or beliefs), where as the others were just open requests for personal attacks and insults. I would agree that it is stupid and immature, but it's not against the rules. You're complaining about the immaturity of her Poll by writing that?

    Football is a much more popular activity, so I would assume that the educators are less likely to care about the mass of injuries (or the steroid use) because of it.

Her poll questioned your conflicting "values", your's is pretty much just an open request for insults... Now who is masking behing attacks? If that is the case why would she have a problem with you? Yet again, why would she have a problem with you? I believe you were the one who threatened injury on those who disagreed with you, not her.     Seems the honest Americans are coming out of the woodworks and the kind of, conditional Americans are loosing their grip.. funny.. Would I meet your definition of "American" if I went and beat the shit out of someone because they did something I didn't agree with? That's what your advocating isn't it? If your definiton of an "American" involves hurting or imprisoning someone because because they excercise their right of free speech, I'd rather you not consider me one.

    Who do you think wrote the constitution? Men with standards? Is that too difficult for you to grasp or should I break it down for you? There were flags around when the constitution was written, if the writers intended for burning flags to be banned, why didn't they write it in then? I don't agree with burning flags, but I do believe people should have the right to do it. I won't like them, but I don't think they should be put in prison because of it.

    Yes. It is my standard. I fight for my standards. Just like I won't let a man hit a women because I SAY SO. It's my belief system and it will be enforced. So why should there be an amendment to the US constitution because of YOUR standard?
