It's nothing like that. Having a passenger, while it can be distracting, is also another set of eyes. I've had my wife, and others over time, help me prevent an accident because they noticed something I didn't mid-conversation. I've done the same to them, while they were driving. Sorry, but it's not even CLOSE to the same thing. Ian Ok, so its like talking to someone who is in the passenger seat and blind. Except when a blind person is sitting in my passenger seat I occasionally look at them I don't do that while using a hands fre device. Yep, $75 for 3 hours, every other week. I've been reading extensively on first my old Palm and now on my windows mobile phone. The small screen size took a bit of getting used to, but now that I am it far and away beats "paper" books and is much, much smaller and easier to carry thank I think the Kindle would be. Plus it's not an extra purchase

The title search is supposed to find all of the liens so that they can be settled before closing and well as guarantee that the seller truly has rights to sell the property. The title insurance protects your mortgage holder against a title search mistake and doesn't protect you at all - important difference. In the event of a serious title mistake (i.e. the supposed seller didn't have rights to sell the property) the bank will be made whole and the mortgage promissory note will be paid off but the defrauded buyer will be out the property itself, any closing costs + insurance, any improvements to the property, etc. It wouldn't hurt you to think like a fucking serial killer every once in a while - just for the sake of prevention

The key point is that they will be paid or settled before or as part of the closing. Who pays, how much the debt is reduced, etc. is all part of the negotiation. On a heavily discounted house (aren't they all now?) it might be worth it to a buyer to settled the taxes in order to close and secure the purchase. Oh I don't know, the 70's look is well on it's way to "back", so the 80's can't be far behind. The only thing I have still from my first marriage is video and pics.
