I'm in IT and my degree was in IT. I went primarily to have the bachelor degree requirement to go for an MBA in the future. I had begun the application process prior to us finding out we were being relocated to FL (which caused me to put it on hold, for the moment) and had no trouble having my degree accepted by NYU for their online master's program. My wife, similarly, was in finance and graduated with a finance degree. Her (at the time) nearly completed with a finance degree status was part of the reason her company offered us a company paid relocation instead of a severance. It's a fully accredited University that meets the same standards as any other college. The US military supports UOP education for service men and women, both while serving overseas and while at home. A significant number of large companies support education via UOP with their tuition reimbursement programs, including the largest educational publishing company in the US (and I believe all of google, apple, and microsoft). Your hiring committees seem to be a bit biased and short sighted compared to the rest of the world. Yep, my wife and I both graduated (bachelors degrees) from UOP recently. I have no complaints, other than the fact that at UOP you do pay a premium for the convenience of online courses. In our case that was mitigated by employer tuition reimbursement programs so it wasn't too bad. Feel free to ask my questions if you have them.... Yep ... from the site: The key is that it's based on "days of inactivity" so the instant you refresh your "my bills" report or enter a bill, or enter a hit, the "days of inactivity" becomes zero and the "penalty" is erased. One hundred (100) days of inactivity and your score (temporarily) becomes zero. The 101st day, if you login and refresh your report, you're right back to full score. That's why I do "best of both worlds" and use Blockbuster Online (like Netflix) and can do an impulse movie. I got in before they raised the prices, so I am getting better value than Netflix (if I use my monthly in-store coupon & return 1-2 movies in store). It's about the same value if I'm not aggressive on the coupons. At their current listed prices, I wouldn't recommend them for someone looking for a new subscription though :( It wouldn't hurt you to think like a fucking serial killer every once in a while - just for the sake of prevention

Yep - I have been since 2003. My Profile There's a penalty in the WG score for not touching the database every day (either a bill entry or running a report). Agreed, but most likely I would just have to sit and watch it happen, maybe enjoy a beer or two if it was in a bar. Scenario: Wife (than just girl friend) and I were drinking heavily for New Year's eve at a party at home with her son (than somewhere between 8 and 10), sister, and other family. We decided to see who could punch harder -- did I mention we were drinking heavily -- and proceeded to sit on the floor punching each other on the upper arm / shoulder area for a good 20 minutes. Each punch harder than the last, laughing the whole way through. Finally her family had to convince us to stop. We woke the next day (not morning, not that year, no, no, no) with huge bruises .. I'm talking grapefruit sized. Fun times

It's not new, I had one a dozen years ago or so one one of my first "around the world in 40 beer" events. I've had it on and off since then, it's a decent average lager, very drinkable. It's not something I go out of my way to look for like Samuel Smith's Taddy Porter or Oatmeal Stout.
