    I've used my "CPR" training and I'm probably at less than 10%....but that's people that have walked out of the hospital. I've probably treated close to 200 full arrests over the years. I've saved probably close to 50% but most do not make it out of the hospital alive. but i got em there alive.... like flailer said...key is be calm and dont touch the pt if you dont know what to do. you can do more damage than good. be safe out there, marc

    Jumped the tube three times. holding on for deployment everytime without issue. was a lot of fun. just gotta figure out how to stop the turns while I'm in my sit/stand with the thing. I'd have a heading nailed...then I'd look up at the tube and start spinning on axis. but all in all the hardest part of jumping the tube was exit and then getting the thing on my stinking foot for the trip down. alot of fun kicking that bad boy off at 10-15 feet and getting the sudden rush as the canopy starts flying again. anyway...pics are coming later.... marc Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

    Another thing to remember is that some canopies dont size well...eather up or down...they may be real good at 1.5 on a 135..but suck at 1.5 at 170...and on and on.... and my canopy was fine before I got it moded...now it's just hot roded Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

    The three cypres fires that I have seen were with my eye's. as far as being documented I'm not sure. one was from a guy in a porter near the radio antennae. the other two were in freefall. the cypres were later sent into SKS for eval. I moved away from FL before I could find out any further. as far as me not jumping an AAD. I just can't afford it right now. I will buy one and soon. and it will probably be a Cypres.     Rob the measurment issue only was affected by Safire 1s and Omega's. it does not affect Xfires, Vx, Fx... Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

    I personaly have witnessed two cypres misfires at over 9,000 feet and one in the plane....I just dont believe the cypres is better than astra argument. now me personaly, I dont jump an AAD so dont have a preference of one over the other. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....
