I know all about Lisa's unfortunate incident at the Ranch at the PSN 2001. there were rotors coming off of the tree's. to blame it on the canopy is crap. I hate to say it but any canopy could of and probably would of folded in those same conditions. once again...you have not provided proof as to what is fundamentaly wrong with it. they issued a recall to change trim only on the models made by precision...why is that?...the NZ/Spain made ones were not effected. as far as the reflex...I know far more riggers that refuse to pack mirages and racers than the reflex with catapult or without it. once again. where is the proof that there is something wrong with the system other than you know riggers that wont pack them. Ron explain to me how a Xfire is dangerous? show me proof? other than what you have "heard".....Reflex as dangerous? please...the Grommet issue was a problem all manufactures have had...unless there is some other reason it is dangerous??? and proof would be nice before you go labeling things dangerous. Talk to hooknswoop about it...he'll tell ya everything...I now have a completely new canopy due to the mod. works great. althought I dont think it will work on the safire 2's..I dont think there's a need for it on the 2's...at least in my opinion. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

Well due to Phreezone pestering me to make one, Anne and I went shopping and got all the stuff to make one. a few questions have come up and was wondering the best ways to sew it up. what kind of seem should I make for the tube itself all the way up...what will be strong enough to hold up. obviously I know I need to hem both the top and bottom but how much? and how many times? double tripple? also what did ya guys use for handles if ya made your own. phree was talking about a garden hose, problem being I dont have an extra sitting around I can just tear up. and last but not least any one have a close up of the handle attachment area and seams you sewed? thanks...this is yet another way I am practicing my sewing..which to me is the only really intimidating part of the rigger process.

I love both and have a great time at both. I think it is a challenge to do a freefly jump then an RW jump the next time...no arch...arch..no arch arch....bad thing was I made a jump last year at WFFC where I was on my belly. went over Fallinwomans burble and dumped on my back...the freeflyer I am, put me right into a sit without thinking...needless to say by the time I popped to my belly I had dropped well below the girlfriend... oh well it was fun....
