  1. Unfortunately he’s not running for re-election in Poland.

To be fair to them, “unplanned descent of aviation munitions” is one of the finest euphemisms I’ve ever heard.
  3. It does not, in any way whatsoever, meet the definition that Twitter has of state affiliated. So again, NPR were completely right about this and you were completely wrong, weren’t you?
  4. In a brief phone interview with CNN, Lindell said “this will end up in court” Lol, yeah. Bankruptcy court.

Some fairly consistent data from a few websites suggests the average wage in Russia is $800 a month, so $2,500 is going to be a real incentive.
  6. Are they just the party that represents a parody of conservative views now?
  7. Right, so they didn't just sign away a chunk of their settlement by accepting it, did they? They got the max they could possibly get.
  8. Why would they want to pay a bunch of money to be unfairly treated when there are better ways of communicating with people? Anyway, what does that have to do with them being completely right about the state affiliated media description and you being completely wrong?
  9. Fucking hell what a week. So there’s been; Shot for knocking on the wrong door Shot for turning onto the wrong driveway Shot for getting into the wrong car then running away And now shot for a basketball bouncing onto the wrong yard. What’s going to happen before the weekend is out, a baby shot for crying too loud in Walmart? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-65325867
  10. So again, what you described as NPRs ‘freak out’ has been accepted by everyone else involved (including Musk and Twitter) as NPR simply explaining Twitter’s mistake to them. This means you accept that they were entirely right and you were wrong, yes?
  11. Cool - again though, even Elon Musk has admitted that he was wrong and NPR were right. Are you capable of doing the same?
  12. Oh, from the law firm's side of it? Presumably because they watched Fox dig their own grave on live TV just like the rest of us. I thought you meant why would Dominion have signed away a chunk of their settlement.
  13. So what are you complaining about? The fact is there are men who want to live as women and women who want to live as men.
  14. Why does the science mandate how someone should behave?

For someone who hates war you sure do seem to find it all very amusing.

I said that in the past year Russia has lost significantly more Ukrainian territory than it has gained. I can say that because I can read maps. Can't you? Which is exactly why Putin shoud retreat to Russia's borders and make peace. You do agree that would be a good thing, don't you?
  17. You are a caricature. A beer company acknowledges that trans people exist, a bunch of hateful republicans boycott them and you crow about it like you’ve just won a Nobel prize. Why do you even care?

Over the past year Russia has made a significant net loss in Ukrainian territory and municipalities it controls. Putin should retreat in order to negotiate peace, shouldn’t he?
  19. Oh come on, it wouldn’t set that precedent. That would be totally different, because…. well, because.
  20. Sometimes you wonder if gun laws are even the most immediate problem compared to insanely permissive 'self defense' laws. Black teen rings doorbell, gets shot twice, and the police haven't even decided yet if a crime was committed.
  21. No idea. Why are you asking? But to be clear, cancelling people and things as a political strategy is a thing that you like?
  22. So all the people boycotting Bud Light are snowflakes who need safe spaces? Are you boycotting them?
  23. When did you decide that cancel culture was your thing?

And for being unable to pay simple fines - because they lost their jobs after being held in jail for offences that weren't punishable by prison time in the first place. So now they're essentially in debtors prison in perpetuity. Another thing that demonstrates the intellectual and moral bankruptcy of the populist right when they oppose cashless bail because it will 'let criminals walk free'. The entire point of the cash bail system is that it lets suspected criminals walk free. Cashless bail is closer to making those decisions on the merits of the case and not on ability to pay. But that's a whole other topic.
