I'll check Joey out again for sure, but I never really liked Friends... always tuned that out until Scrubs or ER came on.. How could they, after all I NOW know that if I ever turn BLUE, to check for Nitrate poisoning..

Arguments for (or against) the existence of God
Bodyflight.Net replied to scottbre's topic in Speakers Corner
These TOP TEN SIGNS are exactly the reason I don't participate. I believe that GOD is simply a name humans have created to explain the unexplainable, the fact is that GOD is no more explainable than the scientific lack of theory. It is common to put a NAME to something we don't understand, something we fear.. (take naming hurrican's for example), it personalizes things. Governments/groups have learned to exploit the people's beliefs in the 'unexplainable' and inserted a variety of contradictory rules in effort to 'steer the masses toward a common goal'. Mostly it works well, it is not right or wrong, it just is. But the idea that a single 'mentality, or being' is in charge of or controlling or created anything, I just don't buy it. I believe in the afterlife, ghosts/spirits (bad & good) , magic, & supernatural power(well developed potential that all humans have but are too blind to see & use) and I believe in re-incarnation. Life does not end when we die, only the body does. -
I can't say I share your sentiment here.. I expected it to be "ha ha" funny, but only the last few minutes were like that.. the rest was boring. Maybe it was just the 'get to know the new family' part that was boring, but hey, we'll see.. MEDICAL INVESTIGATION, on the other hand was AWESOME.. I'm a total CSI rerun junkie on SpikeTV too though, this is NBCs version of it.

This is very cute! Kept me laughing out loud through most of it. We travel quite often and my daughter and I are always in a strange welcome center bathroom, gas station stall or restaurant ladies room(which are usually better). Teaching her 'the stance' has been a definite adventure and usually a bundle of laughs for both of us and has only yeilded a couple of 'puddles', but having both been there many times, I share your sentiment.

I'm sure you'll have no shortage of takers!

The poll says " Marrie people" then your question, is it really that bad? My answer was No, it's really not that bad. There are ups and downs, but yes, the more that is on your plate, the easier it is to forget such important things of course! but the good part is your not the ONLY one there to remind you I wouldn't trade this for anything. The comfort you feel lying next to someone you've dedicated yourself to, the trust you have that this person, loves you no matter what and will forever. That is the type of sensuality that holds you through the 'dry' spells.

Arguments for (or against) the existence of God

the question that ends this conversation every time I have it with someone.. "Where then, did God come from?" no one knows, no theories, not stories true or false, nothing. -

Bodyflight.Net replied to Bodyflight.Net's topic in Events & Places to Jump
Joao is in my living room right now. I asked him... and I quote "I love it. The cool thing is being outdoor and it has the same air pressure no matter how high you go" We are going back today to fly in the rain (and NOT GET WET ! We're all meeting up again there this afternoon and then for a private performance this evening too!!! See you in a couple of weeks!!!!!!!! did you see these pictures??? http://www.bodyflightuniversity.com/joao___juliana.html http://www.bodyflightuniversity.com/big_way_fun.html -
Ummm.. AHEM. the only wind tunnel in Texas open to the public right now. There are 2 other portables, as well. Now Adren-L-N 2 in Houston will be the FIRST permanent facility in Texas. And YOU shoon will be only the 3rd person in HISTORY to own & operate 2 vertical wind tunnels simultaneously.

Try a 3 hour MINIMUM drive in EVERY direction... so I usually do a few a year, all together in a week or two. -

Joao Tambor & Juliana Se are on their way!
Bodyflight.Net replied to Bodyflight.Net's topic in The Bonfire
I told her you said Hi and she was so excited to hear that.. today we flew.. it was AWESOME.. at one point we actually had 7 of us flying around.. Joao is on the bottom looking up at all these faces and nothin but blue skies!!!!!!!!! We took turns standing in the middle with everyone orbiting around the middle person.. like at the most 4 orbiting at one time.. For the seven we had 4 shoulder to shoulder and 3 in front of them.. that was awesome too. We actually flew both Flyaway in Pigeon Forge this morning and then at A.A.C. in N.Carolina in the afternoon and evening.. we put in about 3 hours at aac and a good half hour or 45 minutes at flyaway.. yes everyone was very tired.. but it was a crazy time and so awesome. I've never jumped with Juliana but have with Joao.. it was good to be in the air with all of them!!! Wish you all could be here -
OOOOH, maybe.... have to find a copy of trivial pursuit to find out
