For economic reasons this whole thing as to get simpler. Where are all of the restaurants and shops in airports, behind security. Without friends and family in there eating too it hurts business. The longer things are quiet the sooner we will get back to the old days when everyone got to go to the gate. No...I think you'll see that most of us here were saying we were opposed to this action before it was taken. Most of us were saying that they should continue using UN inspectors because there wasn't any justification for going to war. How is that being a Monday morning quarterback. Seems more like expert handicapping to me since it turns out, the justification that was used for war does not exist. I was opposed to Gulf War I and I got out of the military after it was over because of it. I was opposed to the invasion of Iraq before it happend and had it happened under a Gore administration I would still have been opposed to it if the same reasons were used. Frankly if the stated reason had been to remove SH and get us some oil I still would have been opposed. If there was a direct link between Iraq and 9/11 my opinion would be different Gore or Bush in charge. This direct link is why I didn't jump up and down complaining about invading Afghanistan. No matter how you do it, realator, buyers agent, FSBO, get a real estate lawyer involved. They can give you a fixed prive to review all of the paperwork and make sure everything is in order. I have bought two houses and came close to getting screwed on both because the title company can't talk and the agent doesn't always get it right. They are also worried about the sale going through and tell you to not worry about things. One of the things we got told to not worry about was the county inspection of the waste water system (septic tank). It wasn't up to code, getting it up to code cost the seller money and couldn't be re-inspected until after we closed. Guess what, the closing wasn't valid. Then the seller wanted rent because we had moved in. We would have paid had it all been up front but since we thought we owned the house we had bought a shitload of supplies to do some redecorating and couldn't afford the rent. Seller got screwed here in that they had to make an extra payment on our house plus rent on the place they moved to. "Truth is tough. It talks about how and why we have ended up where we are in our dealings with them. How we have no intelligence operations going on there. The interdependence of the situation. If you are saying the administration didn't know where the WMDs were just that they existed how do you explain that in a speech to the UN Colin Powell showed photographs of some of the 600 suspected sites containg WMD's as justification for action and in an attempt to get the UN behind the invasion. No WMD's have been found at any of the sites inspected since the invasion. Last count I heard they had looked at 400 and were not sure they were going to look at any more. "Truth is tough.
