Unfortunately the losers who flew in for the bout made it ugly straight from the source.

The sequel is just as good (well almost).

How long does a system need to be in use to be "time tested?" I think IAD has been around quite long enough that we are well aware of its strengths and weaknesses. Everyone's experiences will not be the same, but my experience with D-bag static line was a higher malfunction rate due to out of sequence deployment issues.

N numbers are specific to US registered aircraft. If an aircraft is registered anywhere else it will not have one. As far as them being listed in Ontario, there are only two Otters in Canada rigged for jumping that I have heard of. The one in Burnaby is an American hull on lease; I am not sure of the one operating out of Quebec. The Original Twin Otter Manufacturing facility is in Toronto, I wouldn't be surprised if they still do considerable maintenance around there. US aircraft could be sitting there after (or pending) major structural maintenance. Of course I am just speculating.

Whatever you decide remember this- forget the clusters. You need the biggest rock the money you spend will buy. That way when the dude in the bar spots it he thinks, "Hmm, big rock. I'll bet the guy who bought that wants to keep her."

Father denied day parole after mercy killing
Andrewwhyte replied to Richards's topic in Speakers Corner
A shorter sentence was not available to the court; Life/10 is the minimum. I was a bit surprised to read that he was still in William Head (a medium security prison). As I understand the prison system, you ascend through the security levels as you demonstrate your decreasing risk levels. Lattimer is quite obviously not a threat to anyone and should have been at a minimum security farm almost immediately. I wonder if this is also related to his lack of "progress" (read:proclaiming his wickedness and remorse). -
The money is French and the boss is Italian but the team is very much English, based in Enstone, Oxfordshire Ahh.

Father denied day parole after mercy killing
Andrewwhyte replied to Richards's topic in Speakers Corner
Can't agree with that. No-one has the right to make that decision for someone else. I do believe that there needs to be a route for the crown to make it, but parents do not have life and death choice over their disabled children. -
Why is a French team playing the Royal Anthem?

2 things that should be required in all college curriculums (and to some extent high school) 1 - networking, interviewing, how to make a resume 2 - personal financial planning, how to save for retirement Instead of what? Calculus? Differential equations? Maybe instead of lower level (GPA booster) breadth option,...excercise management, interpretive dance, etc. For a more complete list look at the football teams' course lists.

Father denied day parole after mercy killing

As someone who cared for a loved one from diagnosis till death, I CAN understand euthanasia and DO support those who chose that path. Until you experience something like this, you will likely never understand it. Parole the guy... There is no great statement in your supporting his parole as you stated you support his original decision; the question is more germane to those who supported his original incarceration. I agree with the OP; this is a clear example of the weakness in the basic principles of the parole system. Unfortunately when this guy is up for full parole in a few years he will be unable to stand up and say he is sorry for what is no doubt is the central moral choice of his life. According to the rules of the parole board they will have to keep him in for the full twenty-five years. It is very sad. -
I haven't watched it since Jimmy Carter retired. I thought I was bad for wasting time on DZ.com.

Quit being such a baby and use duct tape.

Fuck that. I was cheering against the 'skins just like I always do. Be rude not to.

Brian Germain's Exploding Jumpsuit
Andrewwhyte replied to BrianSGermain's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Great soundtrack Brian. What can you tell us about that? -
Well, I think I'm often given the choice between those who go through the motions of being a Christian and those who live their faith day by day. I wont say I don't consider this at all, but I have voted for an evangelical on a couple of occasions; this includes for the current Prime Minister, who maintains my (somewhat tepid) support.
-
That's crazy. we need to ban that sort of thing before it spreads. At the very least confine it to the Bonfire.
-
Ya, personally I think they are all kooks; but then again I tend to think that about Christians too. It's never stopped me from voting for one.

Well, I guess the devil didn't cause evolution
Andrewwhyte replied to wmw999's topic in Speakers Corner
Did you read my post John? Which one? This one?: "Darwin's theory of the origin of species illuminates some of God's methods" Um, yeah, that's a lot of help... I think virtually any scientist who believes in God would tell you that that is the purpose of science- to illuminate some of God's methods. -
Not quite right 'twardo, but then again why would you be paying attention to what the young folks were doing then?

What did he do as governor to raise your suspicions? isn't that the real question.

More per jump, or more per year? What do you mean by tandem mill? One that does nothing else, or one that puts the tandems as its highest priority. The reason I ask is that I have heard of many dzs called tandem factories by smaller dzs when in fact buried in amongst the tandems are more fun jumps than the smaller dz.

Are you saying God is a figment of your imagination? -
I've met a lot of evangelical Christians that I could say the same for. My current Prime Minister is an evangelical Christian; should I attribute him with the behavior I have seen in other evangelicals?
