If I'm paying for it, cheap as possible. I used to travel quite a bit for a previous company, the avg night at a hotel was $200. This was really typical for anyone though. Our company had a deal with Four Seasons for a corp rate of $149, so this Fortune 100 company never had a problem. I never had anything rejected from an expense report. Just depends on how often you have to travel, IMO.

Right after reading your statement, I grabbed the box of Caramel deLites that was next to my monitor. Yummy!! -
wow..... sorry to hear that. edit - how much drinking over what amount of time does it take to reach that state!?!?

LMAO!!!! Thanks for the laugh.

Where in Texas are you? There is a female Tandem instructor at Skydive Dallas. If you go there, her name is Mandy. Personally, I think that those guys have serious homophobic issues they need to deal with, or are not comfortable with their own sexuality.

Why? That person has a right to have their name brought out into the public for his/her chicken shit actions. -
I have ADHD - does that count?

I thought so. edit - this was mine (I replied with a "piss off" email): Ross, Thank you for contacting me regarding my open position. As you know, I had narrowed it down to 3 candidates (you being one) and it was a photo finish. Unfortunately I had only one position in Austin and one of the candidates had recent wireless experience that contributed to the decision to bring that person on to my team. I keep a file of candidates that I felt were suited for the position and will keep your resume and contact you should my needs change. Thank you for your time and good luck in your endeavors. Plans changed; Aggieland is out, but SD Dallas?
DShiznit replied to ACMESkydiver's topic in The Bonfire
I'll be in Dallas this weekend, but not to jump, gotta go see family. I should be up there in several more weeks though. You'll have fun, it's a good group up there. -
Hi. I started out at .85:1, after 20 jumps I'm at 1.1:1. Ask your instructors what they think, they know your flight characteristics and can give you a better answer than anyone on here.

What is it about the commonality that most skydivers enjoy jumping, drinking, and shooting? Congrats!

Have you purchased a Complete Rig online (dz.com classifieds?)
DShiznit replied to Fireflyer's topic in Gear and Rigging
I bought my rig complete from an individual on here, just picked it up Saturday. Traded a few pics, emails, and one phone call. I sent a VERY large deposit directly to him to hold it for a bit until I could come up with the rest, he patiently waited for me. I even sent the remainder to him weeks before we were able to meet. I met up with him a few days ago, and the rig was in better shape than he said. Although it did help that we only live about 3 hrs apart. -
