Fo sho'. If you want a quality pistol, you will easily spend $650+. There are many .45 ACP pistols on the market from $1000-$2500.

I don't like either. .40 S&W is the best "all around" IMO. Check out the Sig Sauer P226 or the HK USP .40 compact.

The exact same thing happened to me 3 weeks before I turned 21. In Texas, they had just passed a law (this was 6 yrs ago) that if a minor was operating a vehicle and you had the SMELL of alcohol, you go to jail for a DUI by a minor. I had to do the sobriety test, passed with no questions. I had half of a beer 4 hours prior, and nothing in between, so they smelled it. My advice: GET A LAWYER NOW!! They tried to suspend my license for 60 days, a major fine, probation, community service PLUS the DPS came after me to suspend my license for an additional 30 days. I got a lawyer, and for $1000 he got me off of everything. All I had to do was pay court costs - $250, and no alcohol incidents for 6 months and a 6 hr alcohol awareness class. If he doesn't get a lawyer, he will be fucked. Period.

My wife will probably never jump, but hopefully I'll get her to do a tandem someday. My dad said that he might go up for a tandem, maybe within the next year. My brother in law is TI/AFF-I. Skydiving is his full time job. My sister (his wife) has about 100 jumps. That's about it. -
I hear ya, and I feel the same. I have my viewpoints and opinions and am not silenced by the possibility of offending others.... I agree with you. Racism is just that, descriminating one due to race. This is one topic that will never die. Be nice if it would....

Gotta love an expression that inplies that white on black racism is "forward" and therefore normal. I'd say more on that but I don't think you meant anything by it just didn't think about what that means. Age Of course I didn't mean anything by it. When the word "racist" is used, it usually depicts caucasions disliking blacks due to race. That is just a given based on history. Jesse Jackson, the NAACP, Martin Luther the King (Coming to America - Excellent movie!!) use the term "Racist" against the white man. If I were to say the word "racist" you would automatically think of an anglo disliking another race. Reverse racism, you automatically know what I am referring to. Again, no I didn't mean anything by it, but you know what I was referring to.

Must be nice..... I have to BCC my boss on every email I send out, annotate all activities, emails, calls, everything into ACT! and send him a daily report outlining all of this information on a daily basis.... It's not that bad since he works out of his home, I have my own office, and he only bitches about everything via phone and email. Anyone hiring??

Dude, there is a major downside to that. If you show your boss that you can efficiently do your work that quick and that proficient, it will be expected of you going forward.

Everyone in my office always makes references to "Dilbert". I have about 20 print outs of Dilbert comics in my office from when all the techie geeks slide them under my door when they have a sales reference in them. Must be a geek thing. I haven't read comics in 15 years, unless it was Calvin and Hobbes, of course.

Well they suspended him because they felt that his actions were ill intended. That just goes to show that the first thing that his school's staff thought of was....... racism... Somebody get Jesse on the phone, he'll sort all of this out.

Reverse racism at it's finest. Apply for a scholarship from the NAACP and you'll get laughed at, but if we form anything for "caucasions" then we are racist. It's a catch 22. Can't win.
