    He should have done so. (Sometimes I miss the Frye standard) Under Daubert things are more complicated (and tougher on the judge) or admitting scientific expert testimony/evidence. In this case, from what I've read and heard, it's just not possible to determine who is yelling from the 9-1-1 tape. If it is not repeatable, how is it accurate? If you're on the defense team, it's never easy until a dismissal with prejudice or not guilty verdict. Anything short of that is nothing.     I should have been more careful in choosing my words. I meant to say that OJ did commit the murders and was not the target of a conspiracy to implicate him. Also, in relation to the murders he was found not guilty. The civil trial held him liable for wrongful death. That court had no standing to rule on "guilt". However, he has been found guilty of other crimes in other criminal court for other felonies.     You're close but you're missing an important distinction. There's never been a problem with adjudicating a person mentally ill and preventing firearms purchases. What this bill does is add a section to the law giving doctors authority to rule individuals incompetent without court involvement. I'm not familiar with FL law and their "baker act" and temporary restriction vs permanent.     No. Andy starts a new thread for each multiple shooting. He's just sore that I posted this one before he did. Turns out this one had nothing to do with the school. This was a bad divorce unsettled domestic life not feeling included probably mentally ill subject. He shot up his relatives that were home (2), the carjacked somebody and went around shooting at anybody/everybody. He only shot down one other person I think.
