I’m pretty sure no one is spending Valentine’s Day in a Supermax from selling flowers, though.

Well, they are missing 12.5% of the lines that make an XX so maybe they should just get paid 12.5% less and be done with it.
-
You’re tangled up in your own confusions not the gender confusions of some humans.
-
Something like that, but I’d say by estrogen levels instead.

Thanks for staying on top of this important story that so much affects the lives of Winnipegers.

Then I guess you support biological men competing against biological women in sports because it’s not about having an unfair advantage by virtue of your birth but rather that there are going to be winners and losers?

Maybe I just have shingles.

So very Canadian of you. She’s also old, infirm, without her wits, and on her way to going out as a stubborn pain in the ass just like Ginsburg.
-
Call me old fashioned but I’m sticking with Lincoln’s definition.

Excellent. Now some jackass in Louisiana shot blindly at some kids playing hide and seek and hit a 14 year old girl in the back of the head, non life threatening apparently. Shadows scared him into self protection mode. Ridiculous.

Okay, woke is a belief system. If that’s your starting point, I’m good with that definition. But doesn’t going straight at a definition risk missing certain critical points? Here, wokists are mostly arguing that the playing fields are unequal. That’s probably something you’d agree with, I’m guessing. Wokists, it seems to me, are simply saying the game was forced and thus unfair so let’s take a closer look at that. Anti-wokists it seems are saying that where we are is simply a function of the natural order and only the natural order should make changes. Straight up: is that your position?

Do you have a wide stance?

I have no standards or self respect, why else would I apply?

I’ll be your friend.

So, and I know the Thoughts and Prayers crowd will be less than receptive, but I’m lately seeing our current situation with our gun laws, and the superior freedoms owned by American gun lovers, as nothing short of oppression. We are oppressed from speaking freely not only in the public square but from even discussing neighborhood issues with the guy next door. Any public shopping venue could be our last time fetching groceries and any history class could be our child’s last. Oppression from enjoying our freedoms by prospect of being summarily executed in a public place it seems is the true, and sadly the latest reality and legacy, of the American experiment.

First: guns do not kill people….. …so I need to make a few points that even a Democrat trying to take your guns can understand…. And you want us to believe what about you?
-
Another mass shooting in Texas. Now back to regular programming.
-
And the Christian Bible is uniquely their own, right? The point being that if you’re going to speak so affirmatively you really should expand not only your time frame but also your understanding of not just our history but also the history of other nations. I could say more but the kids, in their dugout canoes on their way home from school, are coming now and for this nonsense I won’t miss a minute of their laughing at me while I butcher their native tongue.

It remains definitional, as ever. I suspect a solid half of those 70% are hoping gun control legislation will stop them from pulling their shots.
-
Are you referring to a certain government of the people, by the people, for the people?
-
Sure, no disagreement there, but that still doesn’t mean that you grasped the point.
-
And right you are! I guess where I’m all discombobulated is this irksome notion I have that any form of government follows the creation of a nation. First you plant the flag, then you make the rules, seems to me.
-
You don’t need to care about your nations inhabitants unless you require them for selfish reasons.
-
Phrase it: what is the national good when a nations citizens don’t live past 12 years old and the picture develops. Nations, these days, are lines on maps; good or bad or how the inhabitants confined within those lines are treated are different ideas. I might move from one nations borders to another’s for a better life’s experience, and like you I have that right and preference, but the fact of any other nations existence isn’t really relevant.

Funny, I was noticing that quite a number of motor neurons were firing intermittently.
