You're not quite getting it. There are loads for lower-experience jumpers to cut their teeth on and there are loads for more experienced skydivers to go push their limits. Someone without big-way experience has no business being on a 60-way, and someone who can't track or turn 4 points on a simple 4-way has no business trying to get in on a multi-point 12-way. It is up to the load organizer to gauge the talent of the jumpers they are working with and to place them in the slots where they have the greatest chance of success. If someone isn't up to the task at hand, a good organizer will tell that person, and not risk the safety or enjoyment of the rest of the group. A good L.O. will also tell that person why they were cut and what they need to work on. We all skydive to have fun, but we don't all usually like to waste a jump-ticket on a zoo-load or a complex dive we know won't build. Actually, I would have no fears about landing my Stiletto loaded at 1.4:1 backwards. It's a good canopy if it passes the normal tests: ie, Can it can turn right, turn left, and flare. The fact that it's backwards doesn't worry me that much at that wing-loading. And before anybody pipes in with my being too hesitant to chop it, I have two reserve rides. Okay, so I go to San Antonio on business and since I'm coming into town, who do I call for some nig-noggery? Jessica, of course! During our call I mention that I had always wanted a tattoo but never got around to it. After much grumbling from the other side I gave it some more thought over the next few days. See...the issue was that I knew I wanted one, I just needed the right design. Then it hit me! It was perfect, but could it be drawn... So, I basically checked every review of every tat shop I could find in SA and ended up at Dandyland Tattoo last Saturday to meet with an artist and discuss the design. There, I met Brandi. 85 pounds soaking wet and one of the coolest women a guy could meet. She assured me she could pull it off and set my appointment for 1:30 on Wednesday (yesterday). So, with Jessica in tow, I headed to the shop for my first tattoo. This place is really nice and the staff put me at ease pretty quickly. I met with Brandi and she showed me what she had come up with. It was perfect! She gave me the price, I paid, and back we went. Brandi gave me the tour of her area, showed me the equipment she would be using, that it was one-time-use sterilized by autoclave...etc. So, she starts. I'm not going to lie, the shading wasn't bad, the outline on the other hand...well, that fucking hurt. I thought the outside of my calf would be nice & fleshy...apparently, not fleshy enough.
