The walls at the pentagon are incredibly thick, reinforced, and the windows are blast-proof. Here's video of an F-4 Phantom hitting a reinforced concrete wall at 500MPH. It vaporizes. You need to see your doc and if it's not something easily correctable, you're probably going to need a sleep study. Since you're not overweight, your two choices are probably going to be surgery or a CPAP unless your problem heals on its own. With all the work they did in your neck, something may have shifted or you may have lost muscle tone or had some tissue enlargement causing your airway to become partially obstructed when you relax. One thing I've done on the few occasions that my Stiletto tried to spin me was to immediately get on the risers and make sure they're even. Every time I've done it the canopy settled down and I was able to kick out of the twists. The one spinning chop I've had on an elliptical was on a Heatwave. I was taught by a HP pilot at my old DZ that once I was thrown over onto my back, hard deck or not, it was time to quit fighting and get rid of it as the canopy had just won at that point. Agreed and seconded. If it were up to me, I'd show that video and a video of some nice compound fractures to first-jump students. Especially some of the ones I had who thought they were 10 feet tall, bulletproof, and didn't need to fully listen to what we had to teach. This isn't a sport for the deluded, the squeamish or the timid. Here there be dragons, but, if you can get past that, there are also riches to sate desires both subtle and large depending upon what one wants / seeks from this sport. However the reaper is always lurking. Period. Some people need that kind of wakeup call, just like Brits17. And she's one of the most level-headed, analytical people I know. If seeing something like that opened her eyes further and made her try harder in regards to her own personal safety, then it was apparently worth the view.
