My medical advice is to drink that case of beer the jumper gave you for finding his canopy. If there was no beer given, then a phone call to the jumper explaining the extent of your injuries to the jumper and how good some cold beer would be right now is in order. Its just, if these people were such safe/conservative jumpers, as they are being described....then why did they ever end up in the position that killed them? Maybe because a lot of incidents involve people who really ARE head-up jumpers. That's the part that gets people....thinking that if ya' don't do anything radical, skydiving can be safe. Jay was being funny. It was dark humor. There can be humor in something that's not funny at all... I'm glad that my child can recognize that. He has a lot more compassion that the vast majority, and I'm proud of him for that, but he has a sense of humor that's sometimes really dry...and I love that about him too. What if it can prove that its doctrine are beneficial to mankind and the "doctrines" or social disciplines that the churches opposes are harmful to mankind? Should those then be legislated? Are you sure? My brother, who is a devout Christian and what I consider a fundamentalist, always takes communion when it's presented in church. In the last two churches he belonged to, they offer communion, and my brother participates. So I'm confused...maybe there's a group called Fundamentalists, and that's different from what my brother practices (although he's fundamentalist in his mind). Just wondering and curious for clarification. Ciels- Michele I also take Communion in church. I'm just thankful that there are all of these methods designed to prevent pregnancy.
