Lawyers are typically $200-300 an hour. Most don't charge for the initial consultation to tell you if you have a case. It'll basically be a few minutes with the lawyer, and then a paralegal will write a letter or make a phone call. Then, you can petition to recover your legal fees from the insurance company, because they are the ones who screwed up. If you just pay the debt and don't dispute it, it can become a very negative blot on your credit report. An account sent to collections can negatively affect your credit for many years.

I heard about a severe injury of a skydiver in San Diego...hook turn, I believe? Was wondering if anyone has an update on his condition. People at Perris seemed really worried yesterday, and I was wondering how he was doing, since nothing showed up in the incidents forum yet.

CALL A LAWYER. A lot of times, something like this can be solved with just a phone call or letter by an attorney to your insurance company.

I had a wonderful time in Ireland in february. It only rained once, and it snowed once, our first night in Dublin. Which was great for me... silly california girl had never actually seen snow fall out of the sky before. I'd seen it on the gorund, but never actually seen a snowfall. I was glued to the window while my friend from new england laughed her ass off and kept saying "its only snow!"

conBEERulations... first jump on YOUR first rig. -
hey, Val. I was just in Ireland in february. I would HIGHLY suggest making the trip... but not during st. patty's day. 1. dublin's a zoo. 2. st. patty's day is much more of an irish-american holiday, so most of what you'd be seeing are american traditions that spread back to ireland. go to my website, www.nightingalesnest.net, and click on the first link, to my travels page. There's a whole journal of my trip there, so you can see what its like.

my bro's girlfriend gave him something like this... He put it into his wallet where the drivers license usually goes. Every time he opened up the wallet to reach for cash to buy smokes, he saw the card as a reminder of what he was trying to accomplish. Welcome to the non smoking world! Here's your official ID Card!

Perris is taking up students now, if you still want to jump, call them and find out. -

I've seen a couple of guys at Perris... didn't catch names, tho. They were just on the plane with me. -

If you can't find Crunchie Bars, look for Violet Crumble. Its Aussie, but a lot easier to find in the states. -
for the Otter, Perris uses a count of, after getting the okay from both JMs, Lean out, Lean In, Lean out (all the way) and ARCH. for the skyvan its kinda a bounce up, down, step back and arch. either way, its just the student setting a rhythm for the JMs to follow, so everyone is on the same page and exits when they're supposed to.

yep. I was thinking bout jumping today too, but heard the santa anas this morning... I sure wouldn't want to land in that! Maybe the winds will die down and you can jump tomorrow! I jumped with Kai on my level 6, and it was an awesome jump. My favorite AFF jump next to level 8, which is the COOLEST! Blue skies! -Kris -
On my AFF 1, I had the most miserable cold, and that stuff fixed me right up, and I didn't have a problem. Ultimately, of course, its your call. Try the meds and see how you feel.

Gen. Franks Doubts Constitution Will Survive WMD Attack

to quote Patrick Henry "Give me Liberty or give me death!" If the US becomes a police state, I'm going elsewhere. I love my country, but the USA stands for freedom. If the day comes when our flag no longer represents freedom, then it is time to move on. -
Call your local drug store and ask them if they have "Arizona Naturals" cold medicine. It works amazingly well and won't make you sleepy. Most drug stores carry it, usually in the herbal section, because its a natural remedy. It'll get rid of that congestion in like 20 minutes!

Ladies, are you really gonna trust a guy who says "Don't worry, I'm on the pill?" Personally, I'd rather take the pills myself, so I'm certain, because I'd be the one to have to deal with pregnancy.

what my doctor said when he did my surgery is that when he operates on ganglions, 99% of the time, he will be able to see an old injury on the tendon. I was awake during the surgery, and the doc let me watch. He actually pointed out all the different bones in the wrist, and showed me the cyst, and the spot where the tendon had been damaged. It was really fascinating to watch. I'd encourage you to take a look if you can stomach it.
