    This sucks

Its good to see there are so many people willing to help - too bad it takes something like this (rather than euthanasia) to get people to help/adopt animals. Jennifer Arianna Frances

  11. ya, cause legally... you can't go anywhere. I knew all about the chick that was doing it to me... had her name, license plate, car make/model, address, where she worked and phone numbers yet, I couldn't touch her legally (and to discover this after paying a lawyer $300 for her time ). The best thing you can do is get a group of people together to attack that person like they are attacking you (within legal limits of course). Jennifer Arianna Frances

hahahaha His site is littered with trash about people who don't believe him... yet, somehow, to him that makes his case more credible. I saw that guy do a presentation at MIT a few years ago - he tried awfully hard to get in there and when he finally did - it was laughable.. but for a 70 something year old guy he firmly believes he's right - its kinda odd. 15. I'll jump in on the learning side! Jennifer Arianna Frances

  20. well... its a bit different in this aspect. We're in architecture - healthcare architecture which is a VERY small subset. There are very few healthcare strategic planning AIAs (architects) in the US - and becuase of that, the chances are pretty slim that we'd be able to replace her. Alot of what this firm does (all internal work for a set of hospitals in RI) depends on her, and without her we'd have to go outside, and going outside makes us obsolete... Change is inevitable, and this isn't good. Jennifer Arianna Frances
  21. My boss told everyone in my group that she accepted a job in NY City (We're in Providence) and that she'll be leaving in one month. This is not a good thing for us. Great thing for her, but not for my group. The politics here are strange, and I'm worried that my job is not secure. She's been my shield to alot of 'static' here, and I'll feel really exposed with out her. I told her this. I really considered her my friend - I enjoyed working for her. I turned down a job offer because I knew she needed me here. I guess that we have a really good relationship becuase she's asked me to go to NY with her. Not right away of course, but eventually. I've never been in this situation before - its exciting and terrifying at the same time. I've never lived in a real urban setting before but the thought of it is pretty cool! I'm young enough (25) that this type of change is ok. I don't have kids and my husband and I are pretty 'unattached' at the moment. It sounds like it could be a good move for us. My husband is in programming, and I know he'll have no trouble finding work. I'm still going for my CS degree, but can always transfer to another school to finish. Anyone made a big move like this before? Jennifer Arianna Frances
  22. Hi Mary! She was really nice - I'm glad I like her, as I'll be seeing her 3 days a week for the next month - and who knows how long after that. I can just imagine myself poking hubby tonight saying something like "how come you never make me feel as good as the chiropractor" Jennifer Arianna Frances
  23. Thats a definite! But for back muscle spasms - they're really good. Jennifer Arianna Frances
  24. Just got back from my first official chiropractor visit. I'm in heaven!!! She has this cool vibrating/massaging bed thing that heats up. It was so good! Like 'vacation' good, ya know the kind you never wanna leave? Then she put this biofreeze stuff on - ooh that stuff is great! Its even better that I don't have to pay for my mini vacations! Someone said it doens't stay this nice though - anyone had an experience where it went bad? Jennifer Arianna Frances
