    Katie did you mean SLEEZVILLE? The last time I was @ Ft Polk there was a club there. Sadly enough most of my Family on Mom's side is from those neck of the woods, I guess it was not all that bad as I could eat dinner for free at family houses, but the towns there offer nothing.     Having no Valentine, my friend who is also free went rock climbing with me. she and I both made the best of each others company and had a good time at the gym. Later we just caught a movie and a few beers, very simple and fun times with friends. www.greenboxphotography.com

    I had my first rig right after student status, wich was around 13 jumps.. The DZ I was jumping at even had cheap renatls, but with my own rig I was free to travel to new places with new faces. Just a few days from the purcahse of my new, never jumped by me rig I was jumping over the island of Jamaica. Rental there was not an option, so I was happy to have my own gear!     I have a good number of tandems now and I had my first cutaway on a tandem this past summer. I don't see that I would need to add a camera into the mix of things going during the jump. especially during cutaway time!!!! And hows that video footage coming out if you are doing your handle checks? is it really worth it? Not to me! www.greenboxphotography.com

    The other day I sent Karen (lewmonst) my gear so she will have a rig to work with until she gets her's replaced. I was talking to my home DZ friend and now I have gear to play with at home. Sdu coach (JE Van Nata), Shaun,& Susan Matney and Rick West all of Freefall express in Mt Vernon Mo have all mailed me and told me that I can jump there gear if I want to play in the sky.     mY grandfather and Father where both Chriopractors and that really was great, but as noted there can be bad ones out there. When I was away they would only let me see ones they new.. and yes they can mess you up. I did see my Dad once work on a calf (small cow) in the back of a truck, the farmer was going to take it to the vet it was sick. My dad adjusted it and right after he did it thru up and began to stand as it was laying around for sometime. The farmer to the hefer home and it did fine until the day he killed it for food.. we got some steaks from it.. www.greenboxphotography.com

    Sorry for the late post.. I jumped in Negril.. be smart and don't waste time with a taxi from Mont Bay, pay the extra and air taxi over.. save time and what a view. We landed right at the airport across from out resort of Point Villiage, right next door to hedno2 Have funa and when you are looking at the area, think skydive and the view. www.greenboxphotography.com

    the run down. While at work friday crook where trying to break into the back of the store, some locals saw them and there plan went south and they did as well. Sat, the police came back again today, they took our waiterss with them for warrents.. dang it! Today my coworkers car was stolen from behind the store while we worked. the bandits where nice enough to leave a previously stolen truck for her. Three full days of excitiment. All of this in a town of 300 people.. it's the talk of the town. I am sick of it and hopefully be taking a new job soon. I just hope that place that I want to go will work around my school schedual or I may be stuck until May when I get out of school. www.greenboxphotography.com

    I am always looking for a diffrent job, but our area is pretty small. I live in a twon of 9,000. The next part is that I start clinicals soon, and I will need more flexability in my job. the cstore can provide that where as say wal-mart or some other place can't.. so it's really a hard selection to find flexable work. I won't carry a gun at work, even though I have a small cache of firearms. I wish it where summer, I could go back to skydiving for $.. but alas it's frozen here and no jumping. Did you read last nights post about the arrest of my waitress? it's like dinner and a movie at the good ol Emerys truck plaza. www.greenboxphotography.com

    well you can read all the reasons why skydiving is not in the x games with all the other guys post and they are all true. Just give it time man, things take time to grow and become large. When I was a skater I can remember my sponsors seeing the future, even though skateboarding was almost dead as an industry and skaters where very unexcepted as a whole, I had a sponsor that could see the future. Skateboarding started to pop up in movies, like police academy and a few other little spots and before long it was cool. Skydiving is poping up, slowly it will happen.. I would guess that swooping will take off. Crowds just can't get into freefall with us. And sadly enough, I think somone has to get hurt.. crowds love it when people smash. it keeps the ratings up. So 10 years ago few people knew Tony Hawk.. and now even grandma knows the name. www.greenboxphotography.com

    I think that the contact person should be made aware that they are an emergency contact. I used to use my brother, but I have learned that he will not answer a call if he does not know who is calling.. I don't know what he ever did before caller ID came along.. but now he just won't answer. So making them aware that you have placed them on the list and that you are heading off to the DZ might be over doing it.. but it might be wise as well. www.greenboxphotography.com

    So last night I had the police out for the attempted robbery. Tonight the police came out and picked up the waitress for outstanding warrents. I waited tables and ran the cstore part on my own for awhile.. that sucked. But now I can say that I waited tables for money while in college. kids someday will need to hear that line I am sure.     Well I thought the benifit of working this job is that the place is usally empty and I can sit there and read my text from school. and get paid for it as well.     So I went back to school and need a part time job, so I got a p/t job at a cstore. The store is 10 miles from nearst town and I am the only employee there after 9pm.. wow what a target for a robbery.. Oh that would be tonight!!!! it was a foiled attempt but still very exciting to say the least. As I was shutting down the place two locals came in and told me of three men trying to get in to the back door. As the two locals pulled up the would be robbers bailed. we say them drive away. We called to sheriff and I turned over the video from the cameras. Man it was kind of exciting around the place all of the sudden, I got a rush off of it and it felt like my first skydive all over again. Time to look for a diffrent part time job! www.greenboxphotography.com

    Years ago a few of us went there and made a few jumps, it was great. Flying around the place under canopy was one of my best skydiving experiences ever. It cost us a ton as we had a plane flown in and all the political red tape.. jumps ran us 75$ each jump.... www.greenboxphotography.com
