When I was growing up, I used to be fascinated with the search for "sandfrogs". They only seemed to materialize when my grandfather was around, but I never got to actually SEE one. Yeah well, I didn't PLAN on burying myself in the everlasting stench of nowheresville, USA. It just worked out that way. It was Fayettenam at first, then I realized that it was a southern version of the place I left. Lumberton just wound up being where my girlfriend lives, so I got a job 6 minutes down the main drag here and hunkered down. I feel as if I've entered the inbreeder's Twilight Zone. I understand completely. I needed to get my head on straight too, so I left a good paying job in an area that wasn't too terribly high in the cost of living department and packed up my belongings to move someplace I had never lived before. It seemed like a good idea at first, then it seemed like I had completely lost my mind. THEN, I met my beloved, and haven't regretted the move ever since. Everything happens for a reason, we just can't always see it at first. I'll wish you the best in all your endeavors, darlin'.
