I was coming back home from college through this very rural area in Virginia. I was on a 4 lane road when this dog came running across the road and even though I slammed on the brakes I still hit it. I immediately pulled over and looked for the do but couldn't find it. While I was looking this couple pulled up in a car and asked me if I had car trouble. The woman was driving and the guy was drinking an Old Milwaukee. I told them no, but I had hit a dog and described the dog to them. They said that it sounded like their neighbors dog and I asked if they could show me to the house so I could tell them what happened. I followed them to the house and walked up to the door. I was nearly in tears when I knocked on the door. A lady came to the door. I asked "Do you have a dog that (I described the dog)" "Yes," she said. "Well," I said, having a hard time talking, "I think I hit your dog, but I couldn't find him." "Oh, (dog's name)?" she replied, "We've been trying to kill him for months. Are you okay? Would you like to come in for something to drink?" Once my brain processed this information, doubled checked it, and then asked my ears a third time, "Repeat that again, she said WHAT?!?" What's your post loading: Use this simple formula to figure it out? # of posts/#of jumps. You can either look at your profile to get your post numbers or a previous post. I know they're toads, but that didn't rhyme. I did a a CReW camp at Skydive Carolina, Chester, SC. (my home DZ) did a CReW camp last weekend. Frank, Elizabeth, Buzz, Chris, Reger, Steve, and Nina (Boinky)all took people from 50 - 7000+ jumps out. They gave us Lightnings to use and coaching for only a $35 registration!!! When I told some of friends at the DZ about the camp, they mentioned they would have done it if they realized how inexpensive it was. So info for the person organizing the next camp wherever: make sure the DZ includes the price and all you get in their advertising. I didn't know how much it was gonna be either, just knew it was something I wanted to try. I like to dump high sometimes and play with my canopy and occasionally go out with others and say we'd bump endsails and fly right next to each other but it didn't ever happen. I even got my 4 stack, only took 3 ringers!!!

So specifying the workgroup name as the domain doesn't work? All the boxes have the same workgroup name? Here's a possible twine, ducktape, chewing gum solution. Install Windows NT, 2000, or 2003 on one of your own PC's and connect it to the network. Try joining just the Post Office PC to the domain and see if the computers can connect. If they can't, join them to the domain as well but continue to use the local user accounts. If this works, pull the "domain controller" off the network and see if it still works. This would put them in a domain. This would make it hard to add a new PC. You'd have to either restore the domain controller, or rejoin everyone when you created a new domain controller if all computers had to be in the domain. The other alternative is to install the domain controller on one of their PC's as a separate partition. Not quite sure it's legal, but my guess is this guy isn't concerned...
