I don't BASE jump (yet), but I'd imagine you could call Morpheus in Zhills and get some good answers. www.WingsuitPhotos.com

Hey Harry, this is Matt from Sebastian with the blue/white suit. Cool pic, although it is hard to tell exactly what's going on... you look really headlow... was it right after exit? Post up the video for all to see! Let me know if you need help editing or getting it online. Or email it to me at least if you don't want to make it public, I gotta see this! www.WingsuitPhotos.com

Skyflying, Wingsuits in Motion by Scott Campos

That is a great point... but no matter how much logic you apply, Macca will never be exempt from me calling him a wanker! EDIT: Sorry for thread hijack Scott... you know I am looking forward to the book! www.WingsuitPhotos.com -

You beat me to it Andrea, I was gonna post this! And we thought packing sucked. How much you pay the packer? www.WingsuitPhotos.com

Hey, at least your camera still works. Which brings me to my next question... most of the replies seemed geared toward video cameras (condoms, tight boxes, etc). What about still cameras, that seem more exposed? Anybody have problems with those? Digital vs 35mm? Thanks for the awesome replies, everybody! www.WingsuitPhotos.com

It's ok, we're used to James doing crappy things. I'm not sure why I always end up poking fun at you on these forums, James. The opportunities just keep popping up! www.WingsuitPhotos.com

"krkeenan" gave you some great advice, and his opinion. In response you questioned his love of the sport. The ground is much, much, much more abusive. We don't want to see you get hurt. www.WingsuitPhotos.com

Maybe that's all he could afford. I was starting to sympathize with you until I read this. The notion of someone with 38 jumps telling someone with 2900 jumps they don't love the sport enough is ridiculous. Humility is the biggest safety gear you will ever get in this sport, think about that one please. www.WingsuitPhotos.com

9 minutes later... Nine minutes after saying that watching someone hook it in would be "entertaining", you are agreeing with someone's criticism of similar responses? Please examine your logic... www.WingsuitPhotos.com

I know Perry has had some problems with parts of his V1... I seem to remember him saying something about "4 repairs", but the only one I know of for sure, that he showed me, was a cross port tearing. Is this an early design issue that has been worked out, or should I just attribute it to Perry being Perry? (this is the man who has blown out more than 1 BM suit!) These problems must not be too common yet since I haven't seen others on here complaining of them... www.WingsuitPhotos.com

This line cracks me up. I could think of much more ominous names for freefall if I wanted... however the phrase "terminal velocity" was around long before skydiving, as I'm sure you all know (so why am I telling you?!) www.WingsuitPhotos.com

Great video guys, I liked the nice solid dock around 3:15. www.WingsuitPhotos.com

Is that what they're calling it these days? www.WingsuitPhotos.com

I do seem to remember you and Robi, after the first flock at Flock-n-Dock where you had such a hard time, arriving in the boarding area for the second jump, both wearing Prodigys! (prodigIEs?) Not sure if that was because you were new to flocking in the V1 and hadn't figured it out yet, or just wanted to give the Prodigy a go for the hell of it (to be fair I guess you were wearing the V-1's again later so you were able to slow it down). But I do remember a bit of complaining about the flock's forward speed. www.WingsuitPhotos.com

I do this to my cat all the time! She likes it!

I have been preparing to enter the world of freefall photography for some time now. However a few weeks ago I heard a freeflier complaining that his camera was ruined by moisture from a cloud. This worried me a bit. Being a wingsuit flyer, I have a special relationship with clouds... i.e. I like to be close to them when I see them. And even when it's not intentional, we all know sometime your body or canopy goes near or through a cloud. Are ruined cameras from this type of thing a very common occurrence? www.WingsuitPhotos.com

CRICK IT! I have since realized that what I saw, was part of Adrenaline Rush, I think. www.WingsuitPhotos.com

Chuck, I am not sure I understand this statement. Look at the attached pictures (one I found on BM site of someone standing straight in suit, one of me flying my suit). The legwing does not come to the toes (although it is very close), much less go past them. Is yours different, or am I missing something? www.WingsuitPhotos.com

3 of my favorite movies could be called weird by some people, I guess... Magnolia (edit: also Punch Drunk Love by same director) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (edit: also Being John Malkovich and Adaptation by same screenwriter) Dark City www.WingsuitPhotos.com

Cool pics... the person with the red face mask thingy seems to have his arm positioned quite low, but maybe it's an optical delusion. www.WingsuitPhotos.com
