>> Ha....shows what you know!!! ok, it doesn't work that good as getting dense :) -- if everything's under control, you are not going fast enough ...

getting fat doesn't work :) getting dense does. i'm pretty slim myself - 6'2" & 185 lbs, but my last 40 pounds were earned in the gym :) and doing speed dives every weekend helps a lot as well ! :):):) stan. -- if everything's under control, you are not going fast enough ...

> I hit 250 last weekend.... think you can keep up with that in your stand? i got 291 :) stan. -- if everything's under control, you are not going fast enough ...

oops, it got replaced with the space. percent sign followed with 20 represents the space. but it will be replaced with space in the post so it's not gonna work either. :) stan. -- if everything's under control, you are not going fast enough ...

> It's a Collector's Item! :) Actually according to Simon Mundell from Icarus new Safire2 will have Safire labels, not Safire2. It's second generation, but the name stays the same. Stan. -- if everything's under control, you are not going fast enough ...

i just got back home and checked my lines. the lengths of lines going from cascade to attachment points starting from the side on the canopy are: 40", 38", 38" and 44.5". looks like it is safire 2. stan. -- if everything's under control, you are not going fast enough ...

ok :) i though i was going crazy with all this sizes and labels :) stan. -- Go fast ! Then go even faster ...

***Right, Safire1, 149 is larger than a Safire2, 149, which is 1 sq ft smaller than a Sabre [\quote] you meant safire2 was bigger. and safire2-149 is 1 sq.ft. smaller then sabre150. safire1-149 is more like sabre140-ish. i emailed Simon from Icarus regrding the whole labeling thing, but haven't received anything back yet. stan. -- Go fast ! does that mean that safire2-149 will be aproximately like sabre2-150 in size ? and safire2-149 is bigger then safire- 149 ? i though that crossfire2, safire2 are still measured icarus-style, don't they ? is there any official source of info on that ? stan. -- Go fast ! Then go even faster ...

i discussed it with narcimund and hooknswoop offline already. i also had new safire2 canopy yesterday and it also says safire on stabilizers and warning label, not safire2. i didn't check my lines yet, i'll do it tonight and post here. that kinda sucks ... stan. -- Go fast ! Then go even faster ...

can someone tell me any distinctive construction differences between safire 2 and original one ? according to hooknswoop the upper control lines are different in lenght after they cascade. anything else ? stan. -- Go fast ! Then go even faster ...

> So I suppose that the error message "Disk Defragmentor has restarted 10 times because another program is writing to the disk" was just my imagination if another program has file locked and defragmentor can't move it, it will either complain or leave it depending on the settings of particular defragmentor. not every program locks data on the disc. and since usually program keeps handle to the file (instead of information where the file is physically located on disk), moving that file won't be a problem for the program that uses it. anything running that has direct access to disk will definetely be a problem. stan. -- Go fast ! Then go even faster ...

when defrag starts id doesn't do any defragmentation, instead it analyzes the disk data and you can see "colored squares jumping ". you have to start defragmentation when analyzing is done. other programms writing/reading to/from disk won't prohibit defrag from running, but it's wise to stop them from messing you data when you do defragmentation. stan. -- Go fast ! talking about whipping and warming up ... last weekend it finally got warmer in New England and i was wearing sleeveless t-shirt under my jumpsuit. my jumpsuit's sleeves are a little loose and when i was doing another run they spanked me so much that the only one thing i could think about was when that damn pro track is gonna beep !!?? :) i was just hoping that i was going really fast and it was worht it. later on the ground i found out that i wasn't going too fast (267 mph) and that my arms were all nicely colored in different shades of blue and red :) stan. -- Go fast !
