I have some somewhere in the store. But I can't vouch for their charge. They have been sitting in stock for a few years. I would be happy to send them out and let you see if they work. Not sure if I can get them for you in time. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

Let us know how it compares to the Suunto. I have 100% positive feedback from customers so far. Including VERY LOUD. Very accurate. But I haven't seen it compared to the Suunto yet. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

6 or 9. If you are going to use those loud colors, you may as well have a loud jumpsuit. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

Pilot Chute Hesitation causing line twists?
GravityGirl replied to franman's topic in Gear and Rigging
A pilot chute in tow a more of a problem than the line twists. Make sure you reported the hesitation to the owner of the rig. They may want to address that. A pilot chute hesitation can cause a less than desirable opening. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear! -
You should be happy then. Make sure your do a good check up high to determine a proper flare. You MAY have to flare a bit deeper than you are used to. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

I don't imagine it will be any faster. The flight charactoristics should be slightly different. And the control range will be noticible. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

Is it a freefly suit or an RW suit? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

You are going to loosen that chest strap when it has canopies and perhaps pull down the leg straps. It's a bit hard to tell without the reserve in there. The canopies will pull the rig up over your back more and it will sit slightly lower on your butt. You may have to shorten your chest strap a bit, but most people like to loosen them up under canopy. I like mine a bit long for that reason. The RSL looks clean to me. I would say pack it up. But if you are not saticfied with the fit at that point contact your dealer before you jump it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

Did they cover that in your first jump course? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

Mike still has his jump plane. Beckworth is still receiptive to jumpers. There is rumor of private excursions, but I think you need to bring a full load. On a side note, it's fucking freezing up there right now. So I hope you are not thin skinned. If Mike doesn't respond, PM me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

Does your rigger pack your main parachute? Or is a packer? It's pretty rare that both toggles come unstowed on deployment. Have you checked the brake stows to make sure that they are secure? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

I had a similar situation last week. (No! The magazine was not mine.) I pretty much didn't freak. Just told my 5 year old that some things are not appropriate for children. Just like drinking alcohol. Then I asked her if she had any questions about what she saw. She just told me that she didn't really look that much. One of the other girls was "reading" it and she just wanted to see. She just noted the boobs and was wondering why they were naked in a magazine. I don't want her to think it's taboo, but I really don't want her to emulate it either. As it turns out. She could care less. Just be honest. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! were you belly to earth? Orange: Thank you. My thoughts exactly. Piisfish: Okay. I'll rephrase. "Was there ANY airflow involved in the testing?" I have gotten some very defensive answers to my question. It was a simple question. One that I asked because I want to know the parameters of the test. Not because I wanted to discredit or credit the test. Just because I wanted more information. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!
