He was just making that other turtle his bitch.

I heard two versions of how ribs were broken on exit. One was the the jumper behind railroaded Bob into the door; the other was that the airplane stalled which threw Bob into the door. I haven't asked him, so I don't know which (if either) is correct. I didn't hear about any back injury, other than the two-out jumper. Someone injured a finger and was down after that.

I have five similar pieces hanging on my wall. I bought them about 25 years ago.

Who Knows this T-Shirt's Story?
headoverheels replied to murrays's topic in Skydiving History & Trivia
I still have my "keep on tracking" T-shirt from some time around 1975-76. I bought mine from some advertisement in Parachutist. Someone called Snick Quicker, if memory serves. -
Maybe 6th. 300 way record, 246 way record, 259 way (not held 3 seconds), 200 way record (Myrtle Beach), 200 way SkydiveAZ (October 2010), this 185 way Phoenix. Others? Close: 201 way Lake Wales with one missing internal grip.

The Phoenix formation was completed. In true World Team style, it was completeed on the last possible jump of the event. Weather kept us to only two jumps on two of the days, but good days on the other two.

What has two legs and bleeds profusely? Half a goat. (as my neighbor discovered when a mountain lion took part of his goat).

If you were here in California, you would have the "honor" of paying the minimum $800 corporation taxes each year, even if the corporation shows no income.

Here is where you want to be next week: http://www.weather.com/weather/extended/USAZ0067?par=yahoo&site=www.yahoo.com&promo=extendedforecast&cm_ven=Yahoo&cm_cat=www.yahoo.com&cm_pla=forecastpage&cm_ite=CityPage

I have the 3-size set from eBags.com, which have a lifetime warranty. I don't use them for jump gear, just traveling. The small one wouldn't much more than a fairly small rig and jumpsuit, and the middle size one may be larger than you want for a day at the dz -- haven't tried it. All colors have burnt orange liners, so that clashes with red outsides, but makes it easier to find stuff than a black liner. They stand up on the end, have good dividers and pockets, etc. We liked my set well enough that my wife bought a set. http://www.ebags.com/product/ebags/mother-lode-etech-mini-21-wheeled-duffel/68256?productid=837488

As Danny DeVito said on SNL, when playing Joey Buttafuoco speaking to Amy Fisher, "Kid, I got socks that are older than you."

should he have to pay for her abortion?
headoverheels replied to SivaGanesha's topic in Speakers Corner
Because he was careless in the interview process, before knocking her up. Next time, he will spend more time ahead of time. -

Thousands, if you mean some employee of the DZ was supposed to be doing it. Dozens if you mean that nobody at all saw me land. -

Why don't you show this thread, and the other one you posted in so many times http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_view_flat;post=3892714;page=1;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;mh=25; to one of your good pilot friends, or maybe to your wife, and see what they think? In skydiving, like flying, 1 in 1000 isn't nearly good enough, unless you are only doing a handful of jumps. -

Are you a citizen there? -
Oh, at first I thought that you meant "his and hers" matching sets.

Uses rather small print, if viewed on a high resolution monitor, and ctrl+ doesn't change the size.
