    They stated they were testing the wing without the engines. If I was doing that, I would put someting in there of similar weight, shape, and drag. Looks pretty close to me. microjet And maybe you are right about the not enough lift... that is probably why it disappeared. 2 -80lb thust engines are not strong enough to give him the speed he would need for that with the drag of a human body.

    Glider and U2 wings are very long and narrow like these. Long, narrow, straight wings are more effecient. Fighter jet wings are swept back because long wings would be torn apart by the supersonic shockwave. The engine nacells look very functionall to me. In fact, if they were for show, I think they would look "cooler", and less functional.

    The strap on the back is his bridle... notice it is attached to his springloaded pilot chute on the floor behind him. He does have an altimeter.... it is under the cuff of his bdu on his left wrist. he has to jump into hostile territory, a jumpsuit is extra, unnecessary weight. Yeah the collar might suck. But, I would be worried about that air hose. it is not tied down, and might loop around something.

    Summer? We don't have summer. We have road construction here in Minnesota. And it will be hot and sticky until road construction is over in October.

    Even Mother Nature doesn't like Pepsi. Noo She LOVES it... and Mt Dew. She ripped off the roof and sucked out all the Dew and Pepsi and drank it all!!! Greedy M. Nature didn't even share with me. I soooo disappointed.

    Yeah... 15 hour overnight shift ended up at 8:30am. I was back at work at 6pm. My eyes are going crossed and the sleep deprivation is making my back hurt. But on the bright side.... the OT is funding my skydiving addiction.

    Nothing yet... But in a few years, when they are readily available, I plan to have that smashed vertebra and disks replaced with the artificial ones they are testing now. I can't wait to be a bionic superhero!

    No need for spray. You cannot smell with your tongue. I just breath with my mouth as soon as it gets smelly. (Trick I learned growing up on the farm.--I switch without even thinking) But if it get so bad that I can actually taste it, well someone might accidentally fall out the door.

    I like the tax collector... I always get money back maybe you didn't realize they are only giving you back what you paid two-fold for Oh I know I do, in fact I have an additional $20 per paycheck deducted. I blow all my money. Its my little way of buying big stuff. Hmmm I wonder were that $1200 return is going to be spent this year?
