Why is that so?

What is the connection between the deep sand and the broken ankle? I wish you had a quick recovery!

Should minimum recommendations apply to you?
phoenixlpr replied to skybytch's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Answer what question? You did not answered mine. I believe a competent instructor may grant extra rights if he/she feel so. Landing downwind is not necerely a crime. -
Who the heck is "Otto"? He was Nicolaus Otto , the most famous inventor of the internal combustion engines in use. Desciption of the The Otto cycle.

Thank you for answering my question. I think i will also make a habit of trying to respond to as many posts as I can. What is the reason of your sarcasm? Have I got recent experience ? Was I on topic? Keep on bashing if you feel so.

WTF? AFAIK he is not a wing suit instructor. I should be a very lame WS flier who cant even have the legendary flat spin. I have tried really hard, can it be about the suit? -
Get a FAI CoP license card. It would help most of the places. You may find more here

Not really. I've just bought some risers from him. His attitude was positive and professional. It was really nice to have business with him.

I think you did with all CAPS. This is considered yelling... As someone told before the are holes not to be penetrated.
-
Any improvement idea? Even you should be able to make a basic inspection of your gear.

How many lines breaking/snapping would cause you to cutaway
phoenixlpr replied to Mark24688m's topic in Safety and Training
I agree. You might learn from even an unnecessary cutaway. I'm not a fun of in-flight-rigging either. I had some reserve rides. If I have any doubt, there would not be any hesitation... We had a hero landed a line-over with minor injuries. I have not seen it. -
There could be a problem with monkey fist. The heavier handle might make a know on the PC... It has happened in flying wing suit several times.
-
I got my thumb in several time. There is a quite simple solution for that: use some duct tape and tape the hole over.

He has got an excellent advice already from tr027 : There is no cure for human stupidity. So, what is broken here?
-
This is almost as bright than having a GPS based AAD or you may call it RAD as Random Activation Device. Why do you want to fix something that is not really broken?

I got 382 jumps with a 36" F1-11 kill-line PC on a Pilot 150. Hard Openings? No. ??? From PC??? Line Dump or Bag Strip? No. ??? From PC? Damage to the Rig? No. Damage to the main canopy? No. Don't worry to much. BTW I have a 24" ZP kill-line Cazer PC on my Cobalt 135.

If you dedicate some time to learn how to fly that thing you could be OK.

So? Apples or Oranges.... I think he should be careful anyway.

swoop by beep, Neptune vs. Optima
phoenixlpr replied to phoenixlpr's topic in Swooping and Canopy Control
I think I was talking about a different problem. I've been using for more than a year.... -
There is a trim chart on AtAir's web page. I'd check it out for reference.

JVX All Sail Flying technique
phoenixlpr replied to kamalasound's topic in Swooping and Canopy Control
Is it forbidden to discuss JVX issues here?! Not really, but there could be some answers already.... -
Sure, That seems really important in case of an AAD.
-
It is not a Paralog issue. Neptune and linux's IR stack does not work together. It is really strange, because the IrCOMM2k was using sources of the linux's IR stack. I was trying to debug it, but no success and given up.
