The question is what you want. Pilot is perfect everything but swooping. Everything is depending on WL too, but Crossfire2 is not for faint harted.

Try to contact Aerodyne. They should have it.

I had about 350 jump on a 32" F111 kill-line PC and a 150 sqft canopy, I had more than 200 jumps on a 24" ZP kill-line PC on a 135 sqft canopy. Both were and are opening fine without any issue. Does it really matter?

. Both are in the same class. Size 150 can be manageable with your experience. Try to demo Sabre2, Pilot, Safire2, Nitro, Nitron. You'll see what fits you better. Keep looking you might find a good deal on something with 50-200 jumps and decent colors.

Earlier this year I had the opportunity to do a 10 way that included a member of a former 8-way world champion team. I noticed he wasn't wearing a wrist or chest altimeter and pointed it out. He just pointed to his helmet. When I asked if that's all he used he said yes. Question. How common is this? There are countries where visual altimeter is a must.

Take it simple! When you just sit down and review some jumps from your logbook and you remember nothing because nothing extraordinary happened that was "just another skydive". What can you learn from a perfectly safe and boring jump? Good decisions come from experience. Lots of experience comes from bad decisions.

I don't think that could yield to anything if they open over 1000m as they should.

Military airport. Buildings should not be recognised.

TYPE IIA suspension line. e.g. paragear.com Item: W9680

We have FXCs on student gear only. I have not seen anyone jumping FXC anything else than student gear.
-
Agreed. That makes sense.

Let me rephrase it. How come tracking yields to higher deployment speed? Dive is out of question due to higher deployment speed.
-
Why do you think that? Some manufacturer even states their canopy open better from track/dive.

Tools for the purpose. I'd rather jump a bigger more docile canopy with wing suit. I use to jump a Pilot 150, now I can jump a Spark 170. It is not as much fun, but its working as a life saving device good.

Pulling cut-away cables fully out of the housings

How about personal attacks? -
I don't get the problem domain. I've been using a PackBoy for about a year. Its still strait as it was and with the original cord. I've snapped several closing loop so far.

Take it personal! Veiled PA removed by slotperfect -
Enable and set canopy warning for your setup, so you can start swoop by beeeep.

Do experienced skydivers jump without AAD?
phoenixlpr replied to Hagen's topic in Safety and Training
Risk management.... Why do you assume the every decisions of everyone is wise and logical? -
Pulling cut-away cables fully out of the housings
phoenixlpr replied to denete's topic in Safety and Training
I had 6 of them so far. I pull the cable out fully every time. I have not lost any handle on the last 2 ride. If you look, pull, peal and look, pull, peal you execute EM procedure 100% sure in the right way under pressure too. I had my first in wrong order, but I got lucky. Do you count on your luck? If you pull fully out you might loose your handle, if you fuck up, you might loose your life.....so you don't have to worry about handles anymore -
Do experienced skydivers jump without AAD?
phoenixlpr replied to Hagen's topic in Safety and Training
This is not a macho thing. There are jump where an AAD can cause more trouble than safety brings. E.g: hop and pop swoop or pond swoop -
How much do jump pilots make?

They get free food and coffee here.
